A Great Product and I'm 57 Years Old...
I'm 57 years old and have been looking for an effective, reasonably priced eye treatment for a long time. I don't like to wear a lot of makeup like concealers and heavy foundations. I just wanted a product that would make address dark circles, under-eye puffiness, and minimize the lines under my eyes and those wicked crow's feet at the corners. I spent a very long time looking for eye treatments on Amazon and reading all the customer reviews. While many products had great reviews, most of those reviews were by women much younger than me. I didn't doubt the reviews as much as I doubted if the product would work as well on me as it did on reviewed age 30 something. Then I found Baebody Eye Gel and read through the thousands of positive reviews, including great reviews by women in their 40's, 50's, and 60's. Just as important to me is that this product has natural ingredients, is manufactured in the United States, is cruelty free and never tested on animals. It almost sounded too good to be true. But after using the product twice a day for a couple weeks, I was delighted with the results. Upon immediate application, the gel soothes my puffy eyes as effectively and gently as cucumber slices but without all the mess. It minimizes the dark circles under my eyes and its results get better over time. I don't like to wear a lot of facial makeup so I avoid concealers and heavy foundations. Instead, I like to just use mascara and liner to emphasize my eyes. But when you have dark circles and puffiness, mascara and liner can just draw attention to those problems. Baebody Eye Gel minimizes dark circles and puffiness so effectively that now I play up my eyes like I used to years ago. Lines and wrinkles are another story. I've tried so manty products to address those fine lines under my eyes and the deepening crow's feet at the corners but with negligible results. And while I was happy with how well Baebody Eye Gel performed with puffiness and dark circles, I honestly didn't expect it to do much for my lines and crow's feet. But I have been dually surprised. Over the past month of use, the fine lines under my eyes are appreciably less noticeable. Even the deeper crow's feet have softened. I have to say that the results are the best I've experienced and I've used a lot of anti-aging products, including some that cost well over $100. I occasionally experience irritation around my eyes with certain cosmetics and even some of the hypo-allergenic facial care products. But I have never experienced any irriation wtih Baebody Eye Gel, even at the most sensitive areas at the corner of my eyes. The gel feels cool and soothing as soon as you apply it. It takes several minutes for the gel to completely absorb but the results are worth the wait. As other reviewers have mentioned, you can use this get all over your face although i have only used it around my eye area. I purchased this product 3 months ago and I still have at least half a jar left, even though I have been applying it routinely twice a day. For the price and how long a single jar lasts, this is definitely a great value. If you're looking for an eye treatent product that's gentle, responsibly manufactured in the United States, has natural ingredients and does what it claims, then this is the product for you. For mature women like myself who are tired of wasting money on products that don't live up to their claims, I would definitely recommend giving this a try. You won't wake up looking like you're 25, but the benefits are real.

Effective and plays well with other products
This eye gel does help moisturize and goes on smoothly, and absorbs quickly. I purchased with the intention of helping with dark circles, little white dots under eyes, redness, and some color correction. Below I'll review each targeted goal. I use this gel 2 times per day, morning and night, as part of a layered skin care routine. Layers are as follows: toner, essence, BHA, AHA, hydroquinone, serums, eye gel, lotion, aloe gel, then sunscreen for day. during night same steps, instead of sunscreen, use a sleep cream mask, and also a lip sleeping mask. I do a double cleanse, with a micellar water first, then a foaming cream rice water cleanse. Dark circles: 40% improvement, it does make you look more awake and plumps your eyes, somewhat. I did not see a dramatic improvement. By adding a vitamin K serum first, it dramatically improved the under eye darkness. White dots: well...this was the main concern, and it did not improve this at all. There are some people with correctable dots which are plugged pores under eyes. For my situation, it was discovered that they are under the skin, and the only real solution to diminish them completely would be to get fillers or fat grafting. This directly came from my dermatologist. If you have white dots that are correctable with professional care, use a BHA a it deep cleans pores and can combat those little white dots deep in the pores. Redness: does provide a decent amount of brightening effect and wakes the eyes up. But, does not dissipate any of the redness due to any capillaries or broken blood vessels. You need vitamin K for that type of correction. Color correction: I had little remnants of some sun damage that i am trying to get rid of, and was . This offered some, but not a dramatic improvement. I'd say, over 90 days, would likely offer more dramatic results. But if you have only minimal damage remaining, and have lightened it significantly, like myself, you'll likely need more targeted treatments, including microderm, laser, or in office professional treatments. The spots are too faint and possibly will clear over the next few months. If you are first starting to try to remove dark spots and they are very far, this will dramatically improve the appearance of dark spots. My overall take is that, while this product is not a cure all, it does offer some improvement, and with time can offer more dramatic results. This eye gel is more effective when paired with targeted treatments, and plays well with other skin care products. For a nice soothing and more de-puffing effect, keep your eye gel in the fridge. Many serums are best kept cold, it makes them last longer, and the cold adds a nice calming feel, and helps with some puffiness. Highly encourage a cosmetics refrigerator for the more serious skin care fanatics out there. It's a game changer. For a mid day 'pick me up' put some of this on if you're looking tired and it will perk your eyes up.

It's a good product but...
Ok so I saw great reviews on this product on Snapchat and I was curious and wanted to try it especially since it has great reviews, i received it just as promised and was excited to try it because I'm 31 and need to start taking care of my face. I have horrible bags because I am always sleeping super late due to insomnia. So I added pictures and this is what it is... I will explain starting from the top picture then work myself to the bottom picture. The top picture shows how my bags look normally and this is the night I received my product and was going to try it. The second picture shows how it looked the next day in the evening. I had used it that morning and was very impressed by how fast it worked. Then I noticed the next couple days my bags were looking like picture number 3, I started questioning what was going on? Did it just stop working? Why aren't my bags looking like picture #2? I noticed my bags would creased up and I'd have to pull it apart from sticking, so I decided next time to dab a little more of the product And it worked, so that brings me to the bottom picture, I do noticed dark circles and even my husband would ask me why I have dark circles under my eyes, I guess my buffy bags hides my dark circles and when the product works it shows my dark circles. I really want to give this product a 5 star and I was impressed with how it works but it has its moments when it barely does anything to my bags, sometime it'll work but only for a short amount of time in a day. I will continue to use it and hope it'll work really well. I won't give up and will do another update after a month. It has been about 1 week since I received my product.

I Only Have EYES for Baebody! Love it! :-)
I am a self-professed skincare & makeup junkie! I've tried everything from drugstore brands to $200 eye creams. I've been "happy" with a few, but never saw any "WOW" results..until trying this one. Funny, if it weren't for my HUSBAND starting to use up all my previous eye cream (of another brand), because he has now become concerned with dark circles & puffiness (not to mention, skin care, LOL well okay with me, but get your own, honey)! He discovered Baebody's Eye Gel researching reviews & recommendations on the best one for both our concerns. Mine is for dark circles and fine lines. So many touted the wonders of this product, and the price and big size was well worth giving it a go! Not to mention, you could also use it on your face if you wanted to do so. I liked that it had hydrolonic acid, which draws in moisture and helps repair skin's lipids to help cellular regeneration and help the lines & creepiness fade and firm the skin over time with regular use. The product is also packed with lots of natural ingredients including cucumber, & licorice all great for reducing the puffiness and dark circles for the eyes. The shipment of the product arrived quickly! It came in less than 2 days WOW! Loved that - thank you! As far as using the product: When you use it you push down to make the product come thru the hole in the center. Don't push all the way unless you are going to also use the product on your face also. If you are only going to use on your eyes, you only need a 'pea-size' amount, so push down until you get that size. I put the product on my ring finger, and put my two ring fingers together and mush it together and that is enough for both eyes. I then pat it around the entire eye area. The gel is incredibly cooling, lightweight, and not sticky or gooey. I have been using for about a month now, and this is the first product that I have noticed a visible difference in improvement in reduction in fine lines/crows feet I started getting as well as dark circles under my eyes. Another plus I have gotten with the Baebody Eye Gel that I didn't know I would get is that because it also has Vitamin E, it has helped with a scar that also for years included dry scaling & redness above my left eye that no product (Even Bio Oil) has ever helped improve! My husband is also happy with the eye gel and also uses it on his face. I am planning on trying other Baebody products (The Retinol Moisturizer Cream & Deep Sea Mud Mask) next! I HIGHLY recommend this eye gel! As a bonus! We got a free jar of the eye gel from the company via email through a promotion! So we were thrilled to get a freebie! Thanks So much! You are definitely 5 stars in customer service & products! :-) Hope those who read this review will be as happy as we are! Hey, at least your eyes will be happy!

TOO HARSH for delicate eye area - BURNING & Stinging
I’m VERY disappointed with this eye gel and I’ll explain why. Firstly, the flimsy plastic lid falls off continually. The press-on product dispensing seems done for effect. It’s kind of messy overall. I’m guessing it’s done to make this particular brand’s eye gel stand out from a ocean of eye treatments. Secondly and most importantly, I still found the gel TOO HARSH for the ever-so-delicate eye area. I read the instructions and even took the further precaution of applying the eye gel over an emollient Etude House collagen moisturiser, having been down this track before with retinol-based eye crimes. It STUNG & BURNT the skin around my eyes and NO - I didn’t apply a lot of gel, only tiny, tiny amounts. So that was the end of THAT!!... As I’ve said in other reviews, it’s rare that I have (or make) the time to return products that I am dissatisfied with. Neither did I have any intention of wasting a single dollop of gel. I switched to very gingerly, using this on my NECK AND HANDS instead, and here I’ve had significantly less stinging and burning of my skin and again, over an emulsion/moisturiser. As a result of my disheartening experience with the eye gel, I’m rather leery of trying the matching Face retinol cream. I’m literally scared of being burnt! Why O Why do I foolishly give undue credence to overblown BuzzFeed beauty reviews? Perhaps because it’s a starting point in the face of no information at all, that’s why! Maybe I’m a gormless git willing to try most things in the pursuit of a nice, even, smooth complexion. Funny how the Ghost of Teenage Past comes back to haunt us in unexpected ways... So if you try this eye gel, do so super-duper carefully. STOP IMMEDIATELY if you feel any burning. Look at the skin around your eyes for discolouration of ANY kind. Here are some I’ve tried that have worked FOR ME:- Roc Retinol eye creme - in a tube Neutrogena Eye Gel - the blue one, supposedly for hydration. Feels comfortable and moist Etude House - Collagen Eye Cream in an apricot-coloured pot. Good all round Galactomyces 80 eye cream - (My favourite - Zero sting, soft, absorbs easily with no oily film) If this worked for others - great. Not so with me... Thank you for taking time to read this review. I hope it’s been of real use and help to you.

a little bit goes a long way! love the ingredients, love the price!
i bought this in december after seeing it on one of those listicles like "products people love on amazon" or whatever. i clicked, read the ingredients list and the rave reviews, and thought it's only $24 for a pretty big tub of eye cream, why not give it a try? the ingredients list is stellar, in my opinion - very minimal and natural, not a ton of fillers and chemicals. the jar is huge for an eye treatment, so you dont have to try to make it last, but a little goes a long way so you also don't need to use a lot for your eyes. for the past few months, i have used it morning and night, around my eyes (above and below) and i rub it up into my eyebrows as well. i have been trying to grow my eyebrows out for years (thanks 90s tiny brows) and i actually think this has helped a little - i noticed the other day that my eyebrows were looking a little more substantial and healthy. i have puffy undereye bags, and i think this gel does make a subtle reduction in their appearance. the jar is a generous size, you only need to use a tiny amount at a time to cover a decent area, and the price is very reasonable, so you really can use it on your whole face if you want. i actually smear some under my boobs at night! about my skin: i am 32 with oily, acne prone skin, that has become sensitized as i've gotten older and will get really irritated if i use the wrong things. i do not have wrinkles or dark circles, but i do have puffy undereyes, especially if i haven't gotten enough sleep (which nowadays is most of the time); however, i know that my puffiness isn't just lack of sleep - its probably also fat deposits, because i learned recently that when my mother was 35 she actually had plastic surgery to remove the fat pads from her under eye area. that is why i don't really expect any eye gel/cream to solve my puff problem. that being said, i do think that this eye gel makes a subtle but noticeable difference! on another note, the customer service team is very attentive... i didn't reach out to them at all, but a few weeks after my amazon purchase they contacted me asking if i wanted another jar for free. i was like sure, why not? so they sent me another jar of this gel and a vitamin c serum for free. the jars are pretty huge, as i said, so i don't even know when i will finish the one i paid for! anyway, they did email afterwards to ask me to write a review, but i was like i will write one when i have used the product for at least 6-weeks. i had already bought and paid for the product, so their generosity has not swayed me at all. i simply like it and i think its a great value and quality.
