My New Favorite Thing!
These work great! I'm am a 10.5 W shoe size, which many of you know is a size that DOESN"T EXIST in most manufacturers. Seriously, actually finding my size is like Cinderella in reverse. I have ONE pair of Aerosoles that I call my unicorns. Anyways, that means that I always have to buy size 11 and make them fit with inserts. These REALLY STICK! I have tried other heel grips that slowly rub their way out of the shoes and I have to try and stick them back in place with super glue. Not with these! They are extremely comfortable and combined with a thin odor eaters insole, make most of my too big shoes fit perfectly. I like the bit of shock absorption you get with the gel under your heel. Each step is heaven.I have seen some people reviewing that you can wash these and reuse them, but that hasn't been my experience. Once they're firmly pressed in, they are stuck, and peeling them out ruins the backing. I will also say that if you aren't putting them in new shoes, you should carefully clean the inside of your shoe before sticking in. If there's any residue from sweat or skin, they won't stick and the backing looses it's tackiness.

A great solution!
I bought these for my girlfriend since I would see that some of her heels would irritate and damage her heel, so it was a must! She said that they're very comfortable with the only draw back being that they make your shoe run alot smaller since the shoe pad runs into the sole a little it raises the foot, but nothing a little alteration could fix.

Perfect for Pleasers, better than Vivian Lou
I have tried a TON of comfort inserts for my high stilettos (I pole dance in them), and these are the only ones I've found that work for my feet. I have long, narrow feet with long toes and pronating arches, so me and high heels? We have a troubled past. I've tried Vivian Lous, and they're okay, but I always feel like I still need more padding under the ball of my feet. With these inserts, though, I can wear the 4" rise Pleaser styles with *relative* comfort (in no way is a 4" stiletto rise ever going to be truly comfortable, so let's just be honest about that) and I feel more stable with these inserts in. The cushion isn't overly gel-ly (which can make me feel like I'm sliding everywhere) and the faux-suede texture feels nice on my bare feet. They also work well with grip socks, if you put these inserts into boots. My only complain is the strength of the adhesive. They don't really move around so much as come out sometimes. I'm actually okay with this, as I'd rather have a weaker adhesive that sticks and can be intentionally moved than something that permanently bonds and destroys your shoe when you try to fix a placement mistake (like inside tall boots). The color choices in this pack are also excellent. Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone wearing high-incline shoes.

Work well in open shoes
I've used these in several pair of open shoes that need a little more softness to be comfortable. They seem to last reasonably well. Would be more useful if the flowered set was black, brown, navy, or tan so they can be used in open shoes more discreetly.

Perfect!
I bought a pair of fashionable slides that were anything but practical. My feet sweated and they kept sliding off which is quite embarrassing when you're trying to look casual, comfortable, and confident! I particularly enjoyed buying dr. Scholl's "for her" insoles that came in different patterns and were absolutely perfect for slides, flats, and so forth. Nonetheless, these have been discounted, so to Amazon I came! These are nearly the same except for the addition of the toe outline which the others didn't have. Likewise, they have extra support on the heel which was quite a nice surprise for someone who needs it. They come in different patterns and I picked the most practical: black, nude, and something perhaps not practical-- flowers. Three pairs for a modest price and quick shipping? Sign me up! I'll be back for the heel insoles!

Perfect Shoe Pad
I've purchased these twice. Once was because the heel of the shoe hurt my feet and again recently to keep my new heels from slipping off when I walk (when wearing no show socks). I really like these. They are comfortable and very affordable, easy to install and remove. I might recommend waiting a bit to wear the shoe after putting them in... the first set I bought I wore the shoes right after I inserted these and I felt like they started to separate quickly, I went through all 3 pairs very quickly although I have no strong basis for this. I put them in very old shoes at the time. This go around I installed them on a brand new shoe and left it overnight, it's been 3 days and no lifting of the sticky. Overall 5/5

Does the job and last quite a while
Iv'e had these in my shoes about 10 months now and they've just started to unstick. I bought them because my leather shoes would dig into the back of heels and cause blisters. It works really well and I haven't had any problems. I also use these in loafers or sneaker if they're a little too big or rub my heels. Very satisfied with this purchase and the length of time they actually last compared to other brands I've used. These worked out very well for my daughter's prom. Her shoes were beautiful but the material was a little rough and the insoles were slick. She was able to keep the backs of her shoes from rubbing the backs of her ankles and keep firm footing in her shoes with this one item. Such a small thing, but it prevented a lot of potential annoyance and made her night more enjoyable as a result. Would buy them again.
