Keeps your palms protected
Used this item the day it arrived.... So easy to put on, and keep on and in place with the Velcro! The padding provided support for my hands and was not too bulky at all! Very durable so far

I think I may have accidentally ordered the wrong size. Even with that being a factor, these are still amazing! Breathable and get the job done. No calluses anymore.

Purchased an x small which fits me good, good wrist support, sometimes tugs on fingers if wrist wrap is tightened, and extra Velcro on wrist snags garmentsBasically I’m happy with these, they help support my wrist and pad my palms/fingers when weight training

not bad for the buck
middle grip material is a little flimsey, moves around quite a bit especially on pull ups. cant see them lasting long but then again ,most gym gloves these days dont. for the price they aint bad

Excellent for deadlifting
I have been trying to find the right gloves for deadlifting for some time now. I have tried several and they were all meh. These work the best by far. I don't even use chalk anymore. They have a perfectly snug fit on your hands so they don't bunch. My favorite feature is they offer incredible protection for that line between where your fingers begin and your palm ends, where the skin can get pinched. You will still break skin if you are lifting heavy. I tape up two of my fingers for the remainder of the protection I need. This is an excellent combination. For reference I deadlift between 315 and 375 for reps and I feel like it has helped a lot.
