Packaging is horrible The outside of the bottle shares everything about the warnings the usage, but not the directions it says lift here which means you have to actually peel the label off the bottle and when you do that, I do not see any instructions. The instructions are pretty damn important. If you wanna know what dosage you need to take so now I’m here looking through reviews to see if I can find out what the proper dosage is because the lift here is not working.
