Fruit Punch - Very similar to fruit punch gatorade but without all the sugar. This is my favorite flavor in the pack.Cherry - This is my second favorite of the flavors. It is really similar to a cherry icee flavor.Grape - I love this flavor! It was one of the first flavors I ever tried. It is similar to a grape gatorade or powerade.Strawberry lemonade - This is my least favorite of the flavors. It is still good and tastes exactly like strawberry lemonade but it has a tangy taste rather than sweet.Watermelon is also an amazing flavor by this brand.I drink these during every workout.

These hydration sticks work really well. I noticed a quick energy boost and felt more hydrated throughout the day. The flavors are surprisingly good too — not too sweet. Perfect for workouts or hot days. Will definitely repurchase!

If I'm not on vacation I don't take very good care of myself as far as making sure I hydrate so I buy these to put in a bottle of water makes me feel better it gives me a tad more energy but it's all up to you really the flavors are good the berry is the best

I like this brand better than other hydration brands because one I can use my HSA to pay for it and also the amount you get for the price is pretty decent. The flavor isn’t too bold yet it’s also not too watered down tasting. They seem to work pretty well. I do notice a little bit of extra energy when I take one packet a day versus not taking any at all. Easy to use important into a bottle of water at the beginning of your day.

I needed some powdered electrolyte drink mix and found these and they had lots of great reviews. I’ve never heard of this brand so I thought I would give it a try. All the flavors are delicious and they dissolve easily. It does not taste like salt like one of the other popular brands I keep seeing on social media. This package was affordable and you get so much more for your money. The quality is great. I mostly drink these after working outside in the heat all day. I will be using them for long-haul flights as well to keep from being dehydrated.

This stuff is great!Taste wise? It taste like Gatorade and taste way less saltier. It does not upset my stomach at all. It dissolves right away and seems like a better option than other sports drinks. The added magnesium is a great feature and feel like it gives me a little more pep in my step. I just went through a recent operation and was a great option to keep me hydrated!
