Good insulation tubing
Worked great on the metal U-shape handle (like a lawnmower) of my snow blower. My hands use to get really cold even with wearing gloves because of contact with the metal. Big improvement for me.

Perfect thickness and perfect comfort for resting your hands on your bicycle handlebars.
I've found that this is the very best foam to use on your bicycle handlebars. It's not too thick and has sufficient padding. I wrapped the foam with a cloth electrical tape and the final result looks great and feels great. Measure the OD of your handlebars to order the right ID of the foam. A little talcum powder put into the foam will allow it to slide onto your handlebar easily. For covering the top sections of your handlebars (use an xacto knife or razor blade) CAREFULLY slice through side of the running length of the foam and then position that cut underneath the bar. Once you tape over the foam pieces, all will be great and you will be surprised what a great final product you have. Your bike and your hands will love you. This is WAY more effective than simply buying foam insulation for piping. That foam doesn't have the consistency of this foam. This is the excellent tape I used to wrap over this excellent foam - it's also on Amazon: https://a.co/d/0Wudzfj

rubber
the rubber is a little soft and will deform after awhile. I'm using them for a pullup bar so they are taking pretty much weight but holding up OK

Worked for me... my Jeep has less rattles.
I used it inside the doors of my old Jeep to keep the lock/handle rods quiet. Worked perfectly.

Great product, permanent creases from being folded
This tubing insulation is just what I needed to give new life to my tripod. The foam pipe insulation I had around it before was starting to disintegrate and was looking shabby. This foam tubing isn't like the foam insulation for water pipes. It's more like neoprene material, except without the outer fabric layer. It really does insulate (more on that later) and provides a nice grippy surface to hold onto. The only problem is the way it is folded, presumably for shipping. The tubing was shipped in a plastic envelope and was folded twice leaving three creases. These creases are permanent and unsightly. It ruins an otherwise beautiful covering. I tried using the same methods of removing creases from neoprene—pouring boiling water over the creases and inside the tube. Even with boiling water inside the tube, I could comfortably hold the outside of the tube, verifying the insulation performance. While the boiling water relaxed some of the smaller creases, the deep creases stayed. Even after letting it sit for 24 hours, the creases remain. A note on installing. These tubes are bit snug to keep them in place. This tube's ID is 28mm. My tripod leg is 28.1mm. The tubing will stretch a little, maybe ±1mm. Carefully measure the round part where you plan to install this, preferably with calipers. To install them, DO NOT USE any sort of petroleum lubricant such as WD-40 or grease. The tubing will slip and not stay in place if you do. To help slide it onto whatever you're mounting this on, use 91% rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol. DO NOT USE ethyl alcohol. Clean the surface where it will go with the alcohol, then pour some inside the tube and swish it around. While it's still wet slip the tube onto the surface. The alcohol gives just enough lubrication to allow the tube to slip. If tube starts to stick, lift up an edge and pour a little bit more alcohol inside. The alcohol will eventually evaporate and the tubing will stick to the surface and stay in place. For the product, I give it 5-stars. For how they store and ship it, I give them 1-star, so overall, 3-stars.

Great fit.
I used this material to replace the hand grips on a few garden carts. So far it seems to work well for this application.

Prop 65 Warning
Arrived with Prop 65 Warning which is not indicated in the product description. Not sire if I should use this for my home gym equipment given it will be handled often with sweaty hands

I bought this to pad the neck holder of my guitar rack (Hercules Stands GS523B) ... fit snug (used some light oil to slide it on) and does the trick :)

The originals tore on my Elliptical, found them and they are a great replacement fit

Good material. Replaced the rubber exterior on my hot tub. Went on easy. Is a bit 'slippery' due to the exterior surface being less porous but think it will stand up better to UV rays and not break-down as easily.
