I didn't really expect much when I bought these. I was pleasantly surprised at how useful and handy they are in my candy making. I marked it a little down on value for the money because after purchasing I found the whole set for less than I paid here. But that is the only thing. It is a great buy if you make candy.

These tools were a time saver when dipping our fruit. I felt like I saved on chocolate too as I had less chocolate mess strung from the pan to the paper.

Just what I needed for making suckers.

We make lots of candy at Christmas and Easter - I have been using a toothpick to dip the bon bons - Tedious and often get lost in the chocolate till I fish them out. The circular wire spoon is especially good for that - it has an elongated spiral so the round bon bon sits down in it like a cup and, since it's just wire, can be transferred to the parchment lined trays easily and doesn't sit in a puddle - just a couple of taps on the side of the chocolate pot and the excess drains off into the container. I can't wait for Easter so I can use the other tools as well. I also make chocolate covered Payday's and that slotted fork is great for dipping those as well.
