Fantastic for breadboard projects
Excellent for breadboard projects and learning electronics

Haven’t used all the components yet. The ones I have used work well and are within acceptable tolerances.

Nice starter kit. I was a little disappointed that the IC box clearly shown in the photo saying "75 pieces" and listing a bunch of ICs included nearly 20 IC sockets as those 75 pieces. Yeah, they're useful, but it's 18 fewer actual ICs than I thought I was getting. They are nice to have, though. It's not like you buy a mix-and-match kit if you had something specific in mind that you needed. The LED grab bag could be a little better. The insert said "50-100 LEDs". I got 51 in mine, and there was a nice assortment, but a lot of them were the super cheap ones, only 2 were multicolor and I have no way of knowing what any with the clear domes are without powering them. A grab bag of LEDs is cool to play with, but when you go to build something you kind of need to know what you're using. Also, I really wish it had come with some breadboard jumpers. For some reason I thought it did. They're inexpensive and a nice little addition to a grab bag/starter kit.

All basics you need, also bunch of random surprice components. All marked clearly, very happy for this kit.

This kit is a great starter kit, BUT it did not include coils (air form) and molded chokes, or additional intergrated circuits such as Digital and Analog IC's. So basically it's good kit for building simple things or adding additional parts to your parts bin or Ardino kit. It did come with perf / prototype boards, and a limited supply of block terminals. It did come with various capacitors such as the mylar "green types" and the small set of ceramic disc capacitors, and it came with diodes, and the best part of the kit, was the Electronic Grab Bag which contains parts that were not part of the kit which requires simple detective work to identify what you discover in the grab bag. It's a good kit, and I have far future plans in buying one or more of these kits since it's worth stocking up on the electronic components. The seller did an excellent job. I hope that the next kit like this will be larger and has IC's, and inductor coils.
