Worth the cost! Range of motion is pretty good. It's not as big as my husband's microphone stand, but just the size my 5"1 self needed. Balances well on my desk/wardrobe. Build quality good. Functionality good. 👍 Swivels pretty well too. Happy this came as a set with even the pop filter & boom arm! Was able to put it all together within about 30 minutes or less. Holds my small Samson mic quite well, too. The only reason i gave this a 4* was because i was missing 2 of the straps for the wires out of the 3, otherwise, this product is very much worth it.

I have used this for years, and it has served me well.

A lack of sturdiness is the primary issue. The base, although supposedly improved, is not heavy enough, nor is it broad enough. The entire unit tips forward slightly with the load of the microphone and pop filter. The base should be redesigned to be oval shaped, with the long axis facing the user to prevent forward tipping. Lowering the telescoping extension of the stand is not an option unless I elevate the entire setup. Microphone hold is fine, but the included shock mount did not fit my AT2020USB-X. I had to spend more for the correct shock mount than this cheap setup cost. So, value for the money was marginal at best. Setup was easy, any Neanderthal could do it. Ultimately, I cannot recommend this stand, as it minimally meets my needs. I have to put a weight on the back end to stabilize it. The stand needs further design improvement.

I had one of those boom mics, but it was clumsy, and didn't fit my work area very well, so I switched to a table model and it works great. Product arrived very quickly, and was just as good as I thought it might be. Highly recommend.

Der erste Eindruck: massiv, stabil, kein Klappern, kein billiges Plastikgefühl. Wenn du den Ständer in die Hand nimmst, spürst du sofort: Hier hat jemand nicht gespart. Die Metalloberfläche fühlt sich kühl und wertig an, die Gelenke lassen sich butterweich verstellen, ohne dass sie an Halt verlieren. Es ist diese Mischung aus Festigkeit und Flexibilität, die Vertrauen schafft. Was mich wirklich überrascht hat, war die Ruhe, die er in meinen Arbeitsplatz brachte.
