Lindt - Creation - Refreshing Lemon - 150g

This chocolate and lemon combo is so good. The lemon filling is creamy and not too sweet or too tart.

This review is for the product not the manner in which it was delivered. This chocolate and lemon combo is so good, that I can't fight back the tears of joy. The Lindt company knows their stuff, just make sure it's not made in USA. This kind I get from French made, nothing beats it. Now the delivery: I live in Arizona where the devil refuses to visit due to the excessive heat. The delivery guy thought it was a good idea to leave it 2 feet from my door basking in the good ol' desert sun. By the time I got to them, I had soup. Put them in the fridge and although they still tasted good, they lost some flavor. Note to delivery drivers: Leave in the shade

Thus is a great candy bar. The lemon filling is creamy and not too sweet or too tart. The chocolate is wonderful. I will definitely buy more in the future.

This is my favorite candy. Lindt chocolate is delicious and the light lemon filling provides the perfect balance to the yummy chocolate! The problem with this delivery was the condition of the candy bar when received. These fairly thin lemon filled chocolate bars were shipped in a single layer “bubble” envelope. This packaging did not provide sufficient protection for the chocolate bars. Each square of the chocolate bar was broken into too many small pieces to count. I hope someone from Amazon reads these reviews and corrects this problem. Having this many cracks/breaks in the bar (exposing the lemon filling) will impact its shelf life. When unbroken, this candy bar is very attractive. Less buyers will repurchase to receive only difficult to eat crumbs when each bar costs $9.99.

The chocolate bars arrived in an undamaged exterior box, on a cold day here in march. I noticed that the outside of the cardboard wrapping of the actual candy bar was slightly compressed on the corners. The first one I opened, and it had signs of being melted, with the aluminum stuck to the chocolate. When I open the aluminum further, I could see that the chocolate was discolored, and a compressed. The central filling had moved down the chocolate bar to just one end. The actual chocolate was not the LINDT experience. IT WAS BRITTLE, DID NOT TASTE NORMAL, AND FROM MY POINT OF VIEW NOT EDIBLE. I THREW THE CHOCOLATE AWAY, AFTER TRYING ONE OR TWO SQUARES,. VERY DISAPPOINTED, NORMALLY THIS BRAND OF CHOCOLATE IS A TRANSCENDENT EXPERIENCE. SINCERELY,
