Very good quality product and useful product perfume quality is awesome

I have bought this in June 2024 and it has stopped working in nov 2024 .We have changed the battery but it’s not working now .I have bought 2 machines . Both not working . And I have 4 refills , I don’t know what to do with it now .

Good build. Can use the stand or hang it on the wall.Nice fragrance with 3 other options to choose from.Easy installation and use.Comes with 10-20-40 Minutes SprayTimer, though couldn't find the Intensity Lever.Recommended.

Perfume is good. The automatic dispenser stops dispensing every few hours. The mechanism to push the spray nozzle works but the bottle perhaps dislocates slightly and fails to spray. The construct is not sturdy that leaves it unusable.Edit: After a few days use, it looks like the dispenser machine is working but the perfume bottle requires lot of pressure and dispenses only if pressed to bottom, which is not how such dispense bottles work. Godrej Co. should work on sturdyness of machine as well as on bottle. I think customer would not mind Rs 100 or so more if the machine gets to be utilized.For me, the machine is still unusable but wanted to share my thoughts with other customers and hope someone from Godrej teams also takes a positive step in future.

I have using the product for about 8-9 months and I am not very happy with it. Initially it worked alright and everything was fine, but from the first refill change, sometimes it doesn't spray and I have to perform RCA on what's happening. It's annoying and time consuming to maintain. Otherwise, good product but requires a lot of intervention for continuous sprays. For e.g., it didn't spray in the morning today... I changed the refill with new ones (I have put new batteries a week or two back, so I'm sure it's not the batteries). But even after getting the old refill out, I saw a few number of sprays can be done... So I can say the machine isn't really efficient or defective.
