I've now been on it for a week and planning on the 8 week part but, have been able to slow down already. Following the directions I believe I will be able to stop. I will add a new review if I can stop. The flavor and hit is lighter than normal and you can see the difference on the end of your butt that you're only drawing in half of the normal tar and nicotine. I've been a pack plus a day smoker since I joined the army over 30 years ago and I'm already under a pack a day.*You do have to want to quit and don't take bigger hits or it won't work*Good luck to all.Update; I ended up losing it on week 3-4 and was mad at myself but, instead of reordering it I went back to my old ways. Well, I just had my birthday yesterday and told myself I'm done smoking and am ready to quit so I'm re ordering another one because it was working for me exactly as instructions said. Mine broke after a few weeks of using. I was using it to cut down on the tar and nicotine. So, in that respect it doesn't work very well once it is broken. Was going to get a new one but the price went up from 19.99 to 49.99. Not much help when you still have to buy the cigarettes. That's the worst part.

I am not surprised it doesn't work as good as it is advertised. Does help some.

I am on day two and a half into stage three. It is the hardest so far. I will make it as I am determined. Not a quick fix but if you work it,I think it will work. Not a miracle but it helps you think about what you are doing. So far I am really glad I got it. Definitely takes you down gradually with two weeks for each stage. Excited to see what stage 4 will bring.

I am having good results using the Filtrim. I have been a heavy smoker for many years. With the first stage (there are 4) of using the Filtrim I have already noticed an improvement in my breathing. I felt only mild nicotine withdrawal for the first 3 days. I'm ready to move on to stage 2 and am confident that I can follow the program through to the end. I think the key is the gradual nicotine withdrawal and not having to give up the act of smoking all at once. Of course, there's also the benefit of getting less tar and carbon monoxide. Compare the end of your cigarette filter with and without Filtrim. I actually smoke fewer cigarettes now than I did before I started using Filtrim and for me that's saying something. The product has a good heft to it, the black and gold is very attractive, and it's very easy to use. The enclosed brochure is very informative as well. Well worth the price.

i love smoking, i love cigarettes but i can't afford it. i've been trying for years to quit. nic gum, vaps, mints, patch, pills I've tried them all. when I tell you this thing is some voodoo hoodoo i ain't lying.like i said, my only motivation to quit is financial. i haven't been making any effort to cut back, just punching the holes and leveling up every 3 weeks. i didn't start noticing a difference till phase 3. all of a sudden i went from 5-6 packs a week to 2! didn't even notice until i saw my bank statement. i can even skip my breakfast cig, that beautiful first smoke of the day with a coffee. i don't need it, i have it if i want it , but i don't NEED it.i tried to find out more information on this thing and there's nothing. NOTHING. just a couple how to videos and the Amazon sale. that's it. weird huh? but given how well this worked, i wouldn't be surprised if big tobacco was behind its secrecy. lol.recommend %100, even if you don't want to quit this thing will work.
