I’ve used a few of these Tapo bulbs now and they’re always spot on. This 2-pack is great value and, like the others, they were really simple to get connected to the Wi-Fi without any fussing about. The app is straightforward to use and the colours are brilliant—you can get the lighting exactly how you want it. They’re reliable too; I’ve not had any issues with them dropping out or losing connection. If you have the capability to add these to a dedicated 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network then you'll definitely benefit from that, but if not, don't worry as they still work fine on normal Wi-Fi. If you’re looking to smarten up your lighting, you can’t go wrong with these.

I’ve been really impressed with the Tapo L530B smart light bulbs. Setup was surprisingly easy, they connected to my home WiFi right away without any hassle. Once they were online, pairing them with Alexa only took a minute, and they’ve been super reliable since. The Tapo app is also very straightforward. Changing colors, adjusting brightness, and setting schedules all feel intuitive. I especially like how responsive the bulbs are; when I give a voice command through Alexa or adjust something in the app, the lights react almost instantly. Overall, these bulbs have been a great addition to my smart home setup. Easy to install, easy to use, and they just work.

It is a goof bulb and easy setup with Tapo app. The only problem I have it constantly loosing network despite it is on 2.4 WiFi. I have Deco Mesh at home and may be it is a reason but I would expect more easy problem between devices from the same company. I am currently trying to fix it but this required advance knowledge which probably not for regular users.

Great smart bulbs. We have them in every room and they’re very easy to use and control using the Tapo app. We also used paired to other Amazon devices e.g. Alexa show and can control all lights from here using voice controls also. A nice range of colours and easy to set up and modify to preferences. No noise from the bulbs

I have a pair of these bulbs in bedroom lamps. They work well with Alexa and some good app settings. details below; * unlimited colour options and a nice warm white as default * very bright but down to 5% is usable as ambient light * App has some nice features like the time it takes to go to the brightness set, so set it to 10secs and bulb takes 10seconds to dim and go off * with Alexa grouping you can have them come on together * Alexa can give the brightness command to these bulbs too so can be adjusted depending on how bright you are They are very good value for money and I also have Govee bulbs

Bought one bulb, I loved it so much that I have now replaced all lights in my home with Tapo. I can have my lights on ready for when I come home, instead of walking in to complete darkness. I love all the colours in any hue and any setting from 1% -100%. I don’t have to move , just tell Alexa what I want and it’s done. No more finger prints on sockets. Such a huge range of modes from bedtime to away on holiday to turn on at dusk.. these are amazing. So many more settings. I hated the thought of having these, but wow, I’m so happy I tried one, as now I am going fully smart. So easy to install as well. Connection in 2 minutes Inc Alexa, at the press of a button. I am going to get a smart pack sorted for my daughter now for Xmas. Honestly if you are like me and hated the thought of a smart home, please buy one and try, I promise you will replace everything. Your whole home at the touch of a button from absolutely anywhere!! I did think it would be too difficult for me to use as well, being an older person with less technical ability everyday. They really could not be any easier, I promise you.

These are easy to connect and use, the tape app is better than most smart apps giving good control to get the light how you prefer it, the only negative is that occasionally the bulb will turn itself on randomly

These smart bulbs have been super useful for me and now have quickly become part of my everyday routine. The colour changing feature works well and is easy to adjust in the app even though I mostly stick to the normal warm light for day to day use. When I do want a different mood or softer lighting having the option there is a nice bonus. What really sold these bulbs for me is the scheduling function. I use it alongside my work alarm so that every morning when my alarm goes off, the light turns on automatically at the same time (great for us lazy people haha). That extra light makes a noticeable difference and helps me wake up faster rather than laying in the dark pressing snooze. The app is clear and reliable and once the schedule is set it just works without needing any adjustment. Overall these bulbs are reliable and easy to use without any complicated setup. They respond quickly, save energy and integrate smoothly into daily life rather than feeling like a gimmick. For anyone looking to add smart lighting that is actually practical, these are an excellent choice and well deserving of five stars.

Apoule connectée très simple à installer et à connecter à l’application. Elle fait très bien le travail, les gammes de couleur et la luminosité sont très variées. C’est parfait pour changer l’ambiance d’une pièce en 1 clic Je ne regrette pas du tout cet achat.

Ho acquistato questa lampadina due volte: la prima quasi 2 anni fa per me e, visto che nel tempo si è dimostrata affidabile e di buona qualità, l’ho comprata di recente anche per il mio fidanzato. In entrambe le occasioni l’ho pagata intorno ai 10 €, un prezzo che considero ottimo. La luminosità è regolabile e fa davvero molta luce: la mia stanza è abbastanza grande e riesce a illuminare bene tutto l’ambiente, ovviamente in base anche alla lampada e alla direzione della luce. Io la utilizzo principalmente come luce secondaria, ma all’occorrenza è più che sufficiente. Apprezzo molto i colori, soprattutto le tonalità calde, e l’ampia scelta disponibile tramite l’app, che è ben fatta, intuitiva e offre anche scene preimpostate e il monitoraggio dei consumi. La utilizzo con Alexa e la connessione è sempre stata stabile. Una funzione che uso spesso è una routine personalizzata: dandole la buonanotte, la lampadina si spegne automaticamente dopo circa un’ora, così non resto con la luce accesa tutta la notte ed evito sprechi. Nel complesso è una lampadina smart che continuo a comprare e consigliare per qualità, affidabilità e rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We needed a lot of these lamps and since the price was lower than the Ikea lamps, I decided to try the Tapo brand. Compared to the Ikea brand, the installation was super easy. The app asked after some seconds: you want to add these 7 lamps in group? And that's it. Next room exactly the same. Syncing with google home? Again, super easy. On top no connection problems, user friendly app, no subscriptions, voice control with google, just perfect!
