Updated* Unreliable, my first Manscaped I bought was the 3.0 in 2021. 2 year later in 2023 it just stopped working. So then again I bought the 4.0 and it worked great, now 2 years later it just stopped working again. It won't charge, left it on the charger for 3 days and it would turn on for about 10 seconds then die again. Great product but don't rely on it lasting too long. Manscaped reached out to help me with this issue and it is now solved! Amazing customer support!!

Ordered the lawn mower 4.0 and it arrived with charging issues. Contacted Manscaped support and they had great information on troubleshooting; however, after hours of troubleshooting this particular unit would not work. The manscaped cursive support was extremely responsive and sent an upgraded replacement within days of notification.Great company and the upgraded product is working as intended.Thank you Manscaped!

I don't understand how this product has such high reviews. I can only imagine it's being reviewed by people who have gone from using sand paper to this razor. By that comparison I'm sure it's great. But for those of us living in reality this thing is a huge waste of money. If I hadn't been stupid and thrown away the box before using it (who could guess it would be so awful) I'd get a refund immediately.The problem I have with this product is that it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do; cut hair.I've had a norelco shaver, not even intended for personal grooming, that I've used for over 20 years. I figured it was time to get something new since one of the guards is broken and I figured something new would work better. I got the lawn mower since I saw it had so many good reviews and I've been seeing manscaped products advertised often over the years and figured they'd have a good product. A bit pricey but I figured quality would be reflected in that price tag.I couldn't have been more wrong. The product is water proof so I thought, great, I can use it in the shower. Nope. Couldn't trim any hair that way at all. Or at least not in any reasonable amount unless I wanted to spend several hours and rub my skin raw going over the same spots hundreds of times. Just pathetic. So I thought maybe using it in the shower was a bad idea. Next night I tried it my usual way standing over the toilet. Nope. Slightly better than in the shower but that just means 90 passes over the same spot to get everything.So now it's back to the old trimmer that literally takes one to two swipes over an area to completely trim it. This product is absolutely pathetic and the company should be ashamed for putting their name on it. But then I guess that name doesn't mean much to me anymore so who cares what they put it on.The real sad thing is I bought their beard hedger too and it has the same problem only with beard hair. Can't believe how worthless these things are. Now I have to go write another review for this other POS I bought from them. Wish I hadn't thrown away those boxes...TL;DRDoesn't cut worth crap, save your money and get something that does what it is supposed to do.

The media could not be loaded. For the cost it’s a horrible product. I’ve owned other $29 trimmers that still work. I’ve had this a little over a year and it shows charged but won’t turn on. Looks like a common problem. Stay away from Manscaped IMO. Back to tried and true products.EDIT. I never set the travel lock. The device went all the way down. I charged it fully and it would not work. I had tried to push the on off three times quickly to see if the travel lock was on to no avail. I wrote the bad review. Before I decided to toss it while my other trimmer was charging I pushed the on off quickly about 30 times and it started up again. So there you go. It’s working. I’ll do a second edit if it crashes again.

This is the best private area trimmer on the market! Although it may seem a little pricey for a small trimmer, there really is not another one like it. This trimmer prevents painful knicks and ingrown hair. The flashlight on it is incredibly helpful, I did not think I would like it at first, and now I cannot use a trimmer that does not have one. It is quiet, quick, and easy to use.

Great electric razor, I like how the top pops off so you can clean out the inside really easy. It seems to stay sharp and charges quickly. The one drive back is the lockout feature that prevents it from turning on inside your bag. It really is touchy and hard to turn off once you’ve activated the lockout.
