I bought these a few years ago when we went on a backpacking trip to Canyon Lands in the middle of July. Not sure why we thought the middle of summer was a good time to go backpacking there when the days were over 120 but we did. I bought these for that trip because I knew we'd definitely need the electrolytes with everything we were doing. Now a few years later we still use them. My son has started to eat them when he's feeling lightheaded and they help get him back to feeling well. They have helped my daughter with her POTS also. They taste like orange flavored Flintstone Vitamins, so they taste pretty good. They're effective and the texture is as expected.

These are my go to electrolytes when hiking. I’ve used a lot of types and brands but these seem to work well, chew a couple and you’ll feel revived. They are tasty as well and not overly salty but yet do the job.

I take a couple of these on my morning walks. It gets pretty hot in the summer and these are perfect to chew with my water. I have only tried the orange flavor and they are great and they are so convenient!

These are my go-to for quick electrolytes. I carry them in my purse and use as needed. I bring them to summer competitions and it’s way easier to chew a few of these then to drink a whole sports drink. Obviously still hydrate with water, but these do wonders to bring you back up if you’re getting dehydrated

The product works great for my daughter. She doesn’t mind the taste. I was disappointed in the last order we received though. I ordered the 120 tablet size and got charged for the 120 tablet size but only received the 60 tablet one. I left message with company and amazon and never heard back. Disappointed in the transaction and would only recommend ordering the 60 tablet size. We do plan to order again, because the product works.

Excellent product. I use these on long hikes, when it's hot out and I sweat a lot. I've experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn't just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I've not had any more issues. Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too. Cons- none I find these to be necessary for a long trek .

The SaltStick fastchew is the absolute best at helping with cramps. I did not enjoy the taste of the first one I took but after a few minutes it is not bad at all and the next time I chewed one it was actually not bad at all. Highly recommend if you suffer from leg or foot cramps.

On time… great product! Works fast to replace those electrolytes.
