What is the interior depth?

If you read in the description for the medium sized case it says 4.1" in depth. The large case is 5.9" in depth.

Where do I got another set of foam ???

Amazon, a lot of vendors carry replacement foam packages in all different sizes.

How thick is the bottom layer of foam below the pre-diced layer?

I believe 2”. However, I did not use it. I used the foam from the original box and just dropped it right in the case…..
