How difficult would it be to add a second print head for colors or water soluable supports?

This would require the same amount of work as any other corexy machine to add a second extruder. The issue is this machine is already finicky with getting it properly calibrated stock. It would probably be easiest with a pallette.

if it cant print abs why does it have a heated bed

It can print ABS, just requires a few upgrades and a firmware update
