Highly recommend
If you are contemplating penile implant surgery, make sure you have these on hand for post op care. I tried just wearing briefs but they just don’t do the trick. I found these to be well made, and as comfortable as anything can be after this surgery. Good luck!

Considering an implant, you NEED these!!
Getting an IPP? Your boys are going to swell to the size of a small grapefruit and rub CONSTANTLY against your legs unless you get your danglies forward and out of the way. I have an average set of twins but NEEDED the XXXL size to accommodate their massive swelling after surgery. Order a few of these so you have fresh ones between washings.

If you are making a purchase of this product, the label on the waist band, and the outer packaging do NOT match the size of the actual pouch. There is an S indicator on the section stitched to the pouch. The product was ordered for "grapefruit" sizing, these might be good for golf balls!!! Very disappointed as these just cost over $40.00+ that are unreturnable!!!

Best choice for this type of product on Amazon.
Pretty happy with this product. Searched a lot of different places online and virtually to find the right product. Also tried two other products that were not the best (metal clips and did not fit as advertised) from competitors. This one was by far the most comfortable and well supported. I’m 6’5 as well so fit was the most important aspect. Been using it for a few weeks now and no issues. Definitely a relief from the discomfort!
