Great for my Respironics M-Series
I bought these to run my Respironics M-Series while remote camping or anchoring on my boat. Not being able to power my c-pap was really putting a damper on these two activities since I have to use my c-pap to sleep. There's no denying that these are pricey but they opened up a whole new world of adventure for me, and this has been one memorable summer ever since. I can run my M-series for 4 - 5 days without the heated humidifier on one charge. I piggyback both batteries together to run my c-pap. They are very simple to use, charge them up using AC or the optional DC charger by plugging into the DC-In port on the left. You can monitor the charge or check how much battery is left by tapping the button between the DC-In port and the LCD display. Tap the button once and the LCD display lights up for a few seconds and displays the number of bars on a battery and the percentage of available charge. Next is the USB Out port to charge phones, speakers, etc that use a USB charger. On the far right is the DC Out port, this is how you power your c-pap. I plug the supplied piggyback (Y cord) into each battery, at the other end I plug in the supplied adapter plug for my M-Series, then plug the c-pap into this adapter. At that moment the c-pap receives power and lights up, there's no on/off button for the batteries, just plug and go. Several adapters are included for various c-pap machines. Very simple to use, charge the batteries then plug them in to start using. They work great. The price was the biggest stumbling block but I'm glad I went for it, I'm back to doing activities that I had to give up due to having to sleep with a c-pap. They will also come in very handy for the rare occasion when I lose power and can't sleep due to not having my c-pap. I was originally going to give 4 stars for the Value for Money but decided they really are worth 5 stars as I've had many memorable nights of restful sleep that I was unable to have without them.

Twin 2lbs life savers that give me my freedom back!
I use these batteries several times a week to run my Resmed bipap when away from the house. My lungs spontaneously partially paralyze and without my bipap will have to be hospitilized. You MUST have a pure sine wave converter 12 to 24 volt to purchase this battery kit or buy the 24volt battery kit that contains the 12 to 24 volt converter if you have a 24 volt machine!I already had one so that's why I didn't purchase the 24 volt kit. If you have questions call Battery Power Solutions they will take the time to honestly answer your questions! I know this as I spent over 30 minutes on the first call and 15 minutes on the second call prior to purchasing this unit. The batteries last quite well. I have a bipap which pulls more power than a cpap and my setting is currently a pressure of 8 to 12 (hence the larger power draw) but even still I am getting about four 8hour nights use from one twin battery connection charge. You Must turn off the heater, turn off the tube heater and place the unit onto airplane mode in order to get as long a life from each charge as possible. It takes about 4 hours to charge the tethered batteries from about 120 volt outlet or about 4.5 hours using the auto charger adapter.I have taken these batteries on airplanes, in the car, hiking and really anywhere I want to go anymore. I'm no longer trapped in my house, and no one should be if there's any possible way to safely get out and live your life!

I did not use the humidifier and the system worked great for me
Bought the battery for a four-day car-camping trip in Yellowstone/Grand Teton National Parks, and for future car-camping trips. (CPAPs are not practical for backpacking trips.)I charged it each day in the car to ensure it had enough charge for the full night's sleep; however this was not entirely necessary as the battery holds enough charge for 2 nights using my Philips Remstar CPAP. (I used the system at home before leaving to get familiar with its operation.)The manufacturer recommends not using the humidifier with the battery, as the heating element uses a lot of energy. I did not use the humidifier and the system worked great for me.The battery charged quickly with the car's 120v power outlet; less than a couple hours from a half-charged indication. I've not bought the DC adapter cable for my car yet, so cannot rate that. I'd like the DC connector to be included in the kit. I think most cars still don't have 120v inverters yet.Overall, the setup can be a little complex until you use it a few times, then it is easy. They send you a number of adapters for the connection to your CPAP, and you have to figure out which one fits your unit make/model best. This is the Achilles' heel of the unit: If you lose that little adapter, the system becomes useless. I plan on ordering extras when I order the DC cable. The battery also comes with an adapter to use for charging cell phones, laptops etc. I did not use this but it is a nice addition.
