Fits my 1955 Pryne Blo-Fan
I am very grateful that this filter is the perfect fit for my 1955 Pryne Antique Blo-Fan. It's amazing just how much grease from the air collects on it in liquid form. I have to clean it out every few months and we don't cook a lot of greasy foods. It's very reusable when cleaned and cleans out well. I purchased two of these and they last about 2 years each.

Flatter and Flimsier than Original
Flatter than I had hoped and much lighter weight than the one I was replacing. I can make it work, but it is not a great fit. Bent so easily when putting it up that it ended up more or less ruffled around the edges.

Actually bought this to replace a pot splatter screen my mother has had for years. It is better than the screen mesh ones at trapping splatters. Wish it had another layer of aluminum mesh, though, for this purpose.

Happy with item
In general happy with purchase. The hole in the middle was not large enough, but I simply filed it a smidgen. The only thing I didn't like was they shipped it in a envelope with no cardboard or protection whatsoever, so it was all bent up. But that's a ship mishap not a product issue. All & all I would buy again.
