I have an old headset sold under the Realistic Radio Shack Nova Pro brand that I took out of the closet. The headset needed some work to get working again and with a bit of luck and perseverance I was successful. The inner foam than covered the speakers and kept my ears from making contact with them had partially disintegrated. I saw these and did a bit of measuring, comparing the size listed to the size on the headset and figured worst case I might have to trim a bit. They popped right in and fit perfectly.

The quality seems fine. They were too small for my headset. They measure 2" x 3" x 1/4". It would have been nice to know that before ordering them.
