These are great, they help me a lot with my gerd and stomach issues.

Absolutely fixed me after 50 days of antibioitics and one year of anxiety/chaos. I've been trying to fix "drainage" in my sinuses which has invovled 5 ENT, 3 allergists, 3 CT scans, 2 surgeries. and 4 different rounds of antibiotics. The toll of all this was an absolutely wrecked gut. I tried everything and then I found this which did not go well for two weeks then poof, magic, utterly recovered, miracle. It starts with horrible gas then nausea all of which is screaming at you to quit the probiotics, do not, under any circumstance. If after one month it has not worked move on to a different brand/strain. Actually, after the 60 days move on anyway, I hate to say that and hurt this company, but your gut is like a garden and once whatever you are growing is planted it will populate, no longer need more seeds, and this product is likely not needed any further.

Easy to swallow, easy to store (no need to refrigerate) and works beautifully. A loved one was diagnosed with IBS and it was highly recommended to take a daily probiotic to help ease flare ups. This has been perfect for that need. And a two month supply at this price point is wonderful. Local, small town shopping has the price about double what it is shopping here. Very glad for this product, the size of the supply and the price point. Effective and affordable. Perfect.

Very good product. I like it better than the ones I bought at Costco. My doctor advised this product when had a medical issue. I think they helped me stabilize my gut. They are easy to take and don’t seem to have any side effects. I detect minimal taste.I do have a couple of concerns. The first is they are expensive. The second is that a couple of the capsules had broken the little foil seals. They come individually sealed. I took them anyways (expensive right?) but probably should have tossed them.

I love the ease of purchasing this on Amazon and having it on a subscription for AutoShip it does help with gut health. The taste is tasteless and it does the job

One of the best, affordable probiotics I’ve tried. Keeps me regular so it’s effective but gentle. The capsules aren’t too big either which make them easy to swallow. The individually wrapped capsules make it easy to bring along for travel.One tip: it’s best to take probiotics at the same time every day for maximum effectiveness. I prefer taking these every morning.

*IF* you can swallow them, these are great probiotics. The formula is well balanced; they’ll aid in keeping you regular and help with bloating. I’ve found I only have to take them every other day because they can be too effective, if you know what I mean. However, I have an extremely difficult time swallowing them (or anything in a gelatin capsule). They’re so light that they tend to bob around in my mouth on top of the liquid I try to swallow them with and I usually end up gagging on them. If you have sensitivity to swallowing pills then these may not be for you (I don’t have this issue with non-gelatin tablets). I have switched to this brand’s gummy version and find them much easier to use.EDIT: Another reviewer said they open these capsules and take the contents with a spoonful of whatever they’re eating. I may try this with a little honey. I had switched to gummy probiotics and they worked well in the beginning, but I’m now finding they don’t work nearly as well as these tablets. I’m willing to give it a try.
