Comfortable and feels sturdy so far
I have had this chair less than a week, so may be revising this as time goes by. Initially, opening the box, I was irritated because it looked like standard wheels were shipped instead of the 'inline skate wheels' that were advertised. Digging deeper, I realized that 2 sets of wheels came with it, including the inline skate wheels, which is a nice bonus. Assembly wasn't difficult, though one of the screws didn't want to start and kept trying to cross thread. Seems like there's always one, regardless of what you're putting together. Two Allen tools are provided for assembly--an 'L-shaped' tool packed with the fasteners, and a T-handle tool which does a good job of tightening everything. I didn't even use the L wrench. If you have any mechanical inclination and have assembled anything like this before, you probably won't even need the manual for assembly---it's pretty obvious where everything goes and what screws go where. The chair rolls easy and is comfortable. It does provide some lumbar support, though it isn't adjustable. The arms are padded and comfortable, though I wish they adjusted for height. I am right at the limit of what the chair is rated for as far as weight, but it doesn't sag and seems very solid and sturdy. One annoyance that you'll have with any chair that isn't mesh or fabric is how hot the seat gets after a while, especially if you're wearing shorts or thin trousers, which makes me wish I'd gotten a mesh chair, but this is just the nature of the beast. You can adjust the tilt tension and lock the seat so it won't tilt/recline by shoving in the height adjusting lever instead of turning it. It could use some more adjustments, but this isn't a Steelcase or other premium chair that you'd pay more than double the cost for, to have these luxuries. You do get what you pay for, and some compromises are expected.Overall, happy with this. It seems a good value for the price. Time will tell how it holds up.

Quality Chair, Great price
Nice quality chair with larger castor rubber wheels that roll nicely over hard wood floors and doesn't leave any marks. It was a bit challenging to assemble with two people, but we did it. Maybe packaging should have back and seat already assembled as that was the most challenging assembly part. Nice cushioning in seat and back. Great price for good quality chair. Thank you.

Good chair.
I'm a bit disappointed on the chair, but perhaps the problem is the people that gives away 5 stars so easily. 4 stars I think is fair for this chair. Not enthusiastic with comfort and feeling to touch, but after sitting for a prolonged time working I'm starting to warm up to the chair. I do like the casters, which I found only on this chair. Thus, so far so good, now it must pass the test of time. That was the problem with my last chair, that I liked but the fabric is falling apart.

Better than many to assemble, rather comfy, love the inline skate wheels
Okay, I should have looked at the measurements more closely; it's rather narrow. But my daughter likes it quite well, and it pretty comfy if you are okay with not much wiggle room. But my failure to consider the chair width is not a problem with the item, so I didn't deduct anything for that. Just wanted you to know. The inline skate wheels, however, were a game-changer for real hardwood floors! I loved them so much I replaced all of the wheels for the office chairs I bought for game night (another 6 chairs). I don't worry about my hardwood floors nearly as much, and they glide smoothly. For this price, it's pretty awesome! Obviously not as comfortable (or as well made) as one costing 2x - 4x, which is fine, but almost as good as the best chair I've had in its price range.

Awesome comfortable and worth it!
I've had this chair for a couple months now. And I can't think of a negative. Seriously. It's an awesome chair, sooooo worth the price. It's comfortable and soft. I work from home,, spending 8 hrs a day in that chair taking phone calls and before I was using a chair that absolutely killed my back. I finally gave in and after reading reviews, I picked this one. Its definitely saved my back, that's for sure. My husband put it together and had it done in about 30 minutes. And I've been using it ever since. It's a lovely chair, and if you're on the fence about it, I say GO FOR IT! No regrets here :-)

Easy to assemble, built well, but seat uncomfortable after short use.
Easy to assemble, built well, but seat uncomfortable after a short use. Very little cushion on the seat and it really came through in a short time. Other than that it's a great chair, had to return it though.

Make her comfortable,... It pays dividends!!!!
The wife loves her new super sturdy and super comfortable office chair, the new desktop PC sound system , AND the monitor upgrade for her workspace, from a 23" monitor to 43" 4k TV monitor. Dont need bifocals to read the small letters any more,... because they arent small anymore. lol When shes Happy, your happy.

Nice chair for the price.
I like the chair and it’s comfy. Easy to put together. The only complaint is the back is a little short. I’m 5’7” and feel like the back should be about 4” taller. But again, it’s a nice chair and a good value.
