Literally the only treatment I have found to work. Don't waste your money on other products. Just buy this and use it and then use again in 7 days and lice will be gone. My daughter's school has had a bad infestation and we've dealt with lice so many times in the last 6 months. I know what I'm talking about with lice and this is the best. You honestly don't even need to worry about getting nits out of their hair. Just use this once and then again EXACTLY one week later and they will be gone.

Tungiasis(aka sand flea disease or jiggers bites) is not only painfully itchy, but being a host for a parasite isn't always desirable. I came across a bad case recently up and down both my legs from the ankle to the top of the knee. After some meticulous research, i came across a peer reviewed medical journal testing "Dimethicone" active ingredient found in the "NYDA" brand. Their research found that a %.05 active ingredient concentration in both soaking, and spot treatment show 70% improvement over symptoms after 2 days, and 95% cure after 7 days. Google "Dimethicone Tungiasis" for more info; the whole article is free and will be one of the first links at the top. After more research, i learned NYDA is a European brand, not usually found in the states.That's where LiceMD comes in. It contains the recommended amount of the needed active ingredient. I can safely tell you in real world application, I noticed an almost immediate improvement! I followed the box instructions closely for the effected area. After a good 15 minute soak with the product on the affected areas mentioned above, i washed with Dove body soap. Almost immediately the deep burning itch beneath my skin stopped, and within a few hours redness reduced. After 24 hours all major itching has stopped, and I've been able to stop dousing my legs with Cortizone cream every 4 hours. I did continue to put Neosporin skin ointment on the really bad areas to help healing and prevent scarring. Would highly recommend this for an over the counter cure for Tungiasis. I've tried Nix head lice treatment (both application) and they both did a poor job but LiceMD had only one application which made me a little concerned until I started to apply the treatment thoroughly throughtout my scalp. It works really well.....The Lice, Nits, Nymphs.....all came out and they were dead... I would recommend this product but make sure you purchase more than one if multiple people are infected.

This product never lets me down when it comes to treating for lice, it suffocates the lice instead of killing with chemicals. We always make sure to have some in the closet. Purchased for a very fair price, I usually find it for $10 per bottle at walmart but had to order on Amazon because they quit stocking it. It leaves the hair a bit greasy for about 3 days but this helps to prevent any new attachments. Best to re-treat on day 10 to disrupt reproductive cycle. For long/thick hair it takes the entire bottle, hair length was past the shoulders by about 6". Longer than that or super thick might require a bottle and a half. For super thin (toddlers?) or short hair may only take half a bottle for one treatment.
