this really worked with me, and it also made my metabolism faster (it was noticeable) This also helped me schedule my sleep. Just dont take it daily if you dont want to be thinner (because im already thin, and faster metabolism makes me go to the restroom more frequently.

It’s effective as it helps sleep deep and also for some reason helps bowels the next day too

I don’t usually write reviews but this particular supplement has made the biggest difference to my sleep. I never had issues sleeping but this has increased the quality of deep sleep. Now I can’t go without it

Great magnesium — finally something that actually works I’ve been taking this magnesium every night, and I’m honestly impressed. The capsule is quite large, but soft and very easy to swallow — no discomfort at all.
