Good product
Used it regularly to get rid of a stye on my upper eyelid it works 20 second's in microwave and a few minutes on your eye, then message lump a repeat a few times daily.

This eye mask works
I agree with others who have reviewed this, it is far better than other wet compresses.The strap is too short for me but I have remedied this by placing a claw clip in my hair and draping the strap over this. The pad then sits comfortably over my eye without too much pressure on the eye. Does it look ridiculous? yes it does but it is working.

great but works better handheld
i got this to treat a chalazion on my right eye. i had larger rice packs but they were too big and i had to hold them in place.i purchase this so i didn’t have to sit and hold it on my eye. this came with a strap so i thought, great! i can do things whilst it’s on, but that isn’t quite how this works.the beads inside are loose, and a stitch separates them evenly when flat, however they do sink to the bottom when on the head/eye. the strap keeps this in place to a degree, but because it’s just at the top, the bottom of the patch swings away from the eye. unless you are lying fat on your back, the strap is kinda useless with regards to keeping the patch close.saying that, it was perfectly eye sized, it heated up great.the heat doesn’t last too long. i was recommended 15 minutes heat per session but it started to cool down considerably after 5, so i kept having to go back and forth reheating it.the quality of the fabric is good. really soft and apparently has antibacterial protection. i would know how to wash it when the day comes though. feels grubby to reuse it on future infections just in case it still had bacteria etc.my chalazion did melt away pretty quickly after frequent use of this, so it certainly does help a lot. way better than hot wet flannels and rice bags for sure.

Doesn't hold heat for long
It's comfortable and does bring down the swelling of blephitis I bought this thinking the warmth would remain longer than just in a warm damp cloth but it really doesn't.

Great product
This was such a life saver for me and it really works. It reduced the size of my stye on my top eyelid I’m so thankful for this. You may have to heat it up a few times but it does work. If you put it in the microwave another 5-10 seconds more than it recommends it will stay warmer longer

Best option for a hot compress
Very good product. Had been using a wet towel and it was more much more difficult to keep reheating the towel then storing it since it was wet. This is a lot more convenient as it is a dry product and you can store it away in a separate bag. The only downside is that I reheat it so that it can last for the 10 minutes. But this product does retain heat better than a towel.

It doesn't work
I bought this product having had a Chazlion for over 2 months, it's very uncomfortable, the heat lasts about 5 mins and it just did not work for me, very disappointed considering it's advertised for a number of eye conditions, don't waste your money
