Could I use my milk steamer on my sage coffee machine

I am not sure, I know if you don't have a velvetiser you can make this on a cooker with a saucepan. whisking warm milk and flakes together.

How much is used to make each drink - how many drinks per bag?

It is down to personal taste as to how long a bag lasts. I think about 6 heaped teaspoonfuls is recommended which is about 10 go 20 cups approx. I tend to use 3 or less.

To what temperature does the Velvetiser heat the milk?

I’m unsure of exact temperature but it’s the perfect temperature for an adult and young teenagers. I’d possibly add a little cold milk for younger children. It’s not 100 degrees though. You do not need it to cool down and can be drank straight away.
