I’ve used MacBook keyboard covers from this company on several models of MacBook Pro for a number of years and have always been thrilled with the quality, how easy they are to clean, and how long they last. When I got my latest MacBook Pro I ordered a keyboard cover, and when I saw the case I knew I had to try it.It came nicely packaged and was very easy to install—just snap it on in the order of the pictures applied as stickers on the case. It’s a nice, clear cover with a matte finish, so it doesn’t interfere with the color of my MacBook. The shell is lightweight, but very hard and durable, and it does a very good job protecting my MacBook.I did have an issue with a corner on my cover and contacted customer support. They immediately took care of the problem, and everything looks great.This company is my go-to for protection for my MacBooks, and the price is great for the protection it provides.

Update - 19 APR 23:Customer service was quick to reply and sent me a replacement.However, I currently notice two very small lines on both corners again and this is still without any sort of impact to the laptop as a whole. It sits in my table most of the time with a few transfers to another table from time to time. Will update if it truly cracks like before.Negative:The laptop has never been dropped or bumped in any way but the corners of the case suddenly showed some cracks. Might be an isolated case and may change this review once customer service replies.Positive:As it is, the case fits the Macbook really well and it's great that dirt rarely sticks to it. Oil could easily be wiped off.The rubberized studs at the bottom are also of good quality. Gives me confidence that my laptop will suddenly slide off a table if unintentionally nudged.Does not scratch easily.

This is a great case if you want something to show off your Mac but protect it. I bought it for my husband and he loves it because it's classic and sheer. The material is super soft and sturdy, it seems to be made from great quality. It doesn't hold fingerprints and it makes it feel like there's nothing on the laptop not just by looks but by it's thin design. It's the perfect case for those who are wanting a plain case, or anyone looking to give it as a gift.

Originally 5 stars at purchase. It lasted almost exactly 12 months before I saw cracks at the corners.

I wanted a case that would not add any bulk to my MacBook Pro. I don't plan on dropping my laptop. It will definitely protect it from scratches. It allows the great look to show through. There were a few reviews that showed a cracked case. I put this case in the same category as a bicycle helmet. If you fall on your head the helmet will crack, then buy a new helmet. If the case cracks it protected your laptop. Then buy a new case.

It fits well; I like that its minimalistic and matte coding makes it quite stylish.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had some pretty good experiences with the Ghost Shell Keyboard Cover but unfortunately this case is pretty much not any better than a generic snap on case. I’m a photographer that travels a bit, but after only a year, two flights, a couple of car trips, no drops, and some pretty light personal usage for my MacBook M2 Air I don’t even bring into the field and carry in a padded sleeve, this thing has already started to show its age with scratches and got some nasty cracks near the back bottom edges and top front edges. Even writing this review I noticed a pretty bad crack near the charging port and I managed to just snap it off with finger friction right there in my video. I’ve never even taken the case off since I first got it and the worse this thing ever been through is having a cat or two taking a nap on it so I’m not sure how confident I’d be if it actually got dropped or rattled around. I’d say you’d probably be better off with a SUPCASE like I have on my workhorse MacBook Pro which I know can take a beating, an UAG case, or just save some money and buy a generic snap shell which will probably hold up the same and be just a brittle. The positive is that at least the case is quite slim and tolerances are tight when you snap it in but I’m guessing this case might be a little too sleek and tight seeing that most the cracks are forming around the edges and clipping points. On a less important note of aesthetics, the frosted finishing is a nice touch and feels nicer than a traditional snap on case but will really start showing marks as soon as a surface scratch happens.

Llevo usándola unos 4 meses, llevo mi laptop de viaje en mi mochila y seguido voy a cafes etc. La funda se siente sólida y la recomiendo. Además el acabado mate la hace invisible, lo cual es una ventaja porque he usado otras que son de acabo brillante y no se ven tan cool.

This is my third and last hardshell case that I'm getting. I got this last year in Jun and bring my laptop to work and home. I walk around frequently with the laptop at work and put it down at different surfaces all the time. So far no cracks in any of the usual spots where hardshell case cracks. Pretty happy with my purchase.

Bought a cheaper one for previous laptop and it used to have annoying sharp edges at the front which made typing even less fun. No problems with this one :-)
