Great Quality
Have used it only once. Support is great, and it fits perfect. Will recommend if you love weight lifting, as it helps prevents injury. Quality is great, and love the color🩷

One of the best belts I have.
This belt is the best, I have back problems and is hard to lift heavy weight for me, but with this belt I felt safe and was bike to lift more than usual. The fit is perfect and belt seems like a really good quality.

Easy to use belt
The belt is comfortable with wide support that spans 5 - 6 lumbar and lower thoracic vertebrae. The velcroe is tough and holds fast. The belt does the job and at a more reasonable cost than the older fashioned leather belts. I use mine primarily for yard work (4.2 acres) and at 62, I need to preserve my back better now that I'm beginning my later years.

Secure and Supportive.
Strapped this on for my deadlifts and squats during a 5x5 program, hitting 315 lbs for reps without the usual lower back twinge—first time in years. The 6.5” contoured padding hugs the lumbar curve perfectly, blending EVA foam and SpongEX for cushioned stability that doesn't ride up or pinch, even after sweaty sets. Auto-lock buckle snaps in under 5 seconds with a satisfying click; tension holds firm through max efforts, no fumbling mid-rep like with Velcro-only belts. Pros: Unisex sizing fits my 32" waist snug (easy hole swaps via screwdriver once); nylon-poly build shrugs off gym grime and holds up to daily abuse; under $40 steals value from pricier leather options. Quick-release strap for fast on/off between exercises. Cons: Initial adjustment takes a couple minutes; the fabric velcro can snag hair if you're not careful, and it's not IPF-legal for comps. Verdict: If you're powering through compounds without a chiropractor on speed dial, this belt delivers pro-level brace on a budget. Boosted my confidence (and PRs)—essential for garage warriors or gym grinders.

Perfect, comfortable, with amazing support
This is sincerely the best weight lifting belt I've ever owned. I'm been seriously lifting for most of my life and have had probably 50 different belts, some better than others. I have never had one that was perfect until now. I am 6ft and 250 lbs and the large is perfect, 34 inch waist. I've never had one that support d my lower back so perfectly while still providing COMFORTABLE abdominal support. This thing hugs your hips perfectly with plenty of support but is still flexible for when you are in a deep squat position. I usually only use a belt for squat and deadlift, this one, I didn't want to take off so it goes for the whole workout. I would have gladly paid 100 bucks for something like this but it wasn't a third of that cost. Get one, try it for yourself, make or female, I can't imagine how a belt could be any better, truly outstanding. Thank you RDX for making my workouts safe and comfortable again.

Sufficient and affordable
This weight lifting belt has been an excellent addition when hitting my compound exercises. The lock ability buckle and Velcro really help to keep the belt lock in and stay connected when pulled tight. Very easy to use and figure out. The belts width is fantastic, adding a strong sense of support. My only complaint is that the belts stitching is coming up done and the Velcro is slowly coming unattached from the belt and I only use the belt 3 times a week.
