We had to drill an extra hole in our existing rail, but worked exactly as expected.

After shifting beds around, we found that one of the frames needed the headboard attachment bracket for our new headboard. This one has a number of slots and options for both attaching it to the frame and the headboard. It was easy to install on the frame once I decided which holes to use. At first, I didn't think the headboard holes would align. By lifting the frame slightly, the holes lined up. The compression in the carpet was causing the misalignment. The headboard is now solidly mounted to the frame and it looks great. This was a much better option than ordering a new frame.

This product was purchased to convert a full sized bed into a queen size. Worked perfectly. Very well made & sturdy. Highly recommended!

Needed to drill holes into the metal bed frame for this to work, once that was done, seems sturdy enough.

We thrifted a headboard/footboard and needed to extend the bed frame for the footboard. It took us a while to figure out how to make it work for our situation, but that is the beauty of this item, it is able to adjust to multiple situations. It is built from strong metal and provided great support.
