This earpiece speaker worked perfectly for repairing my phone. It was easy to install with the included tools, and now my phone is as good as new. The instructions were straightforward, and the quality is excellent for the price. I highly recommend this for anyone needing a reliable replacement part.

Installation was early easy, however when installed Face ID stopped working. This is because of a security feature of Face ID and is not a defect. There is nothing the manufacturer of this part can do about it.

If you are looking to fix a hardware failure such as an earpiece not working or the proximity sensor not working than this will help get your iPhone functioning again. You do need to realize that you will lose facial recognition. I called Apple for what they called a, "liquid quote" and they estimated the repair at $680.00. I can get a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro Max for that price. So, approximately $13, this part allowed my phone to function again until I can afford a new one. I simply sign in using my passcode, but I do get a, "Important Display Message" from Apple. This is not the manufacturers fault, but the way Apple has set things up since their iPhone X and newer series.

The package arrived 45 hours late then I realized the product was broken I ordered this product on a Saturday and it arrived on a Wednesday and I paid for prime it also said it would arrive Monday by 10PM but did not.

from the moment i laid eyes on this unit i just had a feeling i was in luck. packaging was sleek and protective. ribbon cables were stunning both in looks and installability. giving just the right amount of flex it was a dream to install. was a sad moment when i had to join the two phone case half’s and say goodbye to my new part.. but she’s at home now. and she speaks to me whenever i get a call. id advise people to buy one and install it even if nothing wrong with your current phone just for the thrill.

1of4.. This is not an apple product, but will work as described. 2of4.. The ‘earpiece speaker’ is quieter than the original even with assisted hearing on. 3of4.. As described, Face ID will Not work. 4of4.. The included tools (screwdrivers) are very small, possibly reaching2 to 2 1/2 inches in total length which makes it extremely difficult using your fingers to grab the screws and use the drivers in the same already congested area.

Got back the function to take calls without being on speakerphone. But sadly Face ID doesn’t work.
