well made, but very heavy! now i know why most of the kids going to camp have the plastic storage boxes. it was pricy too, but it will last.

I have no real complaints, the trunk it replaced was 1" shorter by 1" longer or 33" Long by 13" High by 18" Wide.Rhino Trunk should be fine for College and Camp, it is strong enough. Lid does have a very good tight fit.

This trunk was purchased for my grandson who is attending his first year of college. I am unable to tell you how the trunk will stand up to college living. I purchased this particular trunk because of the tray and lock ability.

Rhino trunks are impressive. These trunks are well-made using high quality materials. Best to purchase wheels and shelf for flexibility, even though two people can easily and comfortably carry a fully packed trunk by the handles. Solidly built, functional, and stylish. Shelf sits on removable metal clips, easily lifts out to access bulkier items below. (A very light sanding of wood interior & shelf, with fine sandpaper, is recommended if storing lighter fabrics or one wishes to avoid tiny splinters ;)

Bought one for my first son two years ago to take to college. A tray came with it. Liked it so much that I bought a second trunk for my second son. The second trunk arrived today. However, to our disappointment, this time it arrived without a tray. Would have given a 5 star rating but the tray is missing.

This is a great quality trunk for kids going off to college. One caution is that it’s extremely heavy even unpacked due to the higher quality wood construction.
