From the picture it looks like it is very sturdy and is "shaped". It is not. It is made of a cotton type material. The pockets are large enough to fit a tablet. However, it does not have any elasticity to it so when you put something heavy in the pocket, such as a tablet, it leans forward. The arm "flap" is thin. It will fit over an arm chair easily. It does lay very flat on the top of the arm chair so it doesnt bother the person sitting in the chair.I was a bit disappointed as I thought it was a more solid piece, by the picture I saw.

This caddy appears to be made well, but it could be improved a little as there are a couple of minor annoyances. The material is not very stiff, so the weight of the remotes causes them to hang out away from the chair unlike what's shown in the photos. I have my caddy on a recliner and when I extend the recliner, it pushes the inside material up slightly. After extending the chair several times, the caddy has to be re-positioned and the flap tucked back in.

It really needs a counter weight. I actually have a wrench on the back end to keep it from sliding. But the pockets are a perfect size. I did add velcro to the large book/magazine packet since I don't use it often and it help to keep it from sagging when remotes are stored.

I was always looking for the remote (I have three), my glasses and my ipad. Now I can just put my hand down and there they are. What a great idea! Love it. The grey color also almost matches my chair.

Very useful for my needs -wanted to de-clutter the top of my end table next to the sofa of remotes, etc.Just wish it had a litter bit more stability for the part that goes over the sofa arm.

I have bought many different types of these over the years and this is the best of all of them. Looks great, has lots of pockets and slippage is minimal. Love it!

There's enough pockets of different sizes for my cell phone, remote, iPad, and kindle to all fit. No more items sliding off tge arm if my sofa and hiding between the cushions.

Fits the arm of the chair great. Doesn't slide or move. Seems to be durable material. Holds remote, reading glasses, notebook etc.
