Why is this book sold to the UK market? Everything is measured in cups. For a beginner who would want to weigh out ingredients, a cup measurement is worse than useless. I don't know any UK scales that measure cups and tbsp and tsps and to make things worse there is no conversion table which would have helped. Utter rubbish. I would return it as not fit for purpose had I not written in the front cover upon receipt.

Nice book with lots of bread recipes but not so user friendly when it comes to measurements could do with metric and imperial and not only cup measurements on each of the recipes. More info on how to use or what settings to use for different bread making machines. Otherwise not to bad.

The media could not be loaded.  So far I have tried the mix seeded loaf, the fruit loaf and the pizza dough and all have been a success - so many to choose from - great book

Index does not have page numbers so recipes are very difficult to find. Also clearly for American market. I can cope with cups etc but what is 7-grain cereal? Many of the ingredients are not that easy to get in the UK

Brought this as a gift for my Dad who has a bread machine. He is excited to try out the recipes.
