This is great. Super convenient with multiple ports and charges super fast. A little heavy - but that is to be expected!

the one I got was a dud. contacted the seller and they replaced it and the replacement is working well. ove the fact that it has the percentage on a digital display.

I purchased this as a new power bank to take a trip. It fails to charge, I have left it plugged in to multiple outlets with different usb-c cords. It stays blinking at 0%, then occasionally says "100%" if plugged into a higher-power output, but it is non-functional and charges nothing. When not plugged in to charge external devices, the display never turns on and does not output any power. Pressing the power button does nothing. The packaging is in no way new, which leads me to believe this is a defective or refurbished unit they shipped. Highly disappointed, sending back for a refund. Other reviewers are saying something similar. I am not seeing any effort on the company's side to remedy this situation.

Alright, hopefully this helps someone make a decision.Looks:- Materials: Is very pretty, the product is nice and solid, the aluminum case feels high quality on the hand and the powder finish is super nice to the touch, much better than the older BS-30KP365.- Display: Seems pretty much the same as the smaller 22.5w version or the bigger BS-30KP365, however, I like the shape of it a lot more than the previous bubble style in the bigger version of this, it adds a lot to the minimalist look that the product is going for.- Overall in the looks department there is very little to have a "wish for" the device is solid, the size is adequate for the capacity of the bank and the design goes for a minimalist approach that is very characteristic of Baseus, if I would change something it would be the color of the display, perhaps something in white or blue would look better, but that is a personal preference. 10/10 for designFeatures:- Capacity: 20k is more than adequate to charge all phones and tables, however, is not nearly as enough to be worth it to carry it around with a laptop. I have an ultrabook, and although I can charge it with no problems (wattage is enough), it only adds a couple of hours of battery if I juice it completely. This is not necessarily a bad thing, since the capacity is advertised, but is just something that maybe needs to be stated a little bit better on the amount of time it will provide a full size laptop, since it is not much.- Ports: This is my real qualm with this charger, it includes a Micro USB, this port is ancient and inefficient. I don't even own a micro USB cable anymore at this point, and the battery comes with an USB-C, which means that I have a dead port that is basically unusable for anything but to charge it, and it doesn't even come with a cable to do that. I would like to see this port replaced by a second USB-C even if it's just an OUT port.- Screen: Love the data the screen provides, the information is useful and there is no guessing in the amount of juice left on the charger, easily one of my favorite features of this charger.- QC technology: Perfectly compatible with everything I threw at it, iPhone, iPad, OnePlus, Samsung. great versatility!- Overall, a great feature rich device, the Micro USB port is a black mark on it, since it is an ancient port that has really no reason to exist anymore, 8.5/10 because of the terrible port choice with Micro USB.

I bought two of this battery and love them. I travel a lot so having a battery to power both my computer, iPad, and phone is important. The aluminum casing makes it very tough and my kids and put it through all kinds of torture, and it lives another day. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this battery for its quick charging 65watts.

Second one like this I have had - I think this is smaller capacity than the 100 watt one I bought a couple of years ago, but the first attempt required dongles to connect to the laptop or to recharge the power bank. I wanted mobile & useful, not a headache.Big plus not otherwise mentioned - for MacBook Air & 13" Pro users, this is awesome (it is too small for a 17" Macbook). I think I can get about 1 ½ to 2 charges out of the power bank on my laptop, or a charge on the laptop + my iPad and/or maybe the iPhone to give you an idea. No matter, the plus on this is how fast it recharges. For this brief moment in time, Apple isn't stupid with the power cables. My MacBook Pro uses a USB-C and so does my iPad and iPhone (with lightning plugs on the other end of the cable) - so 1 USB-C to lightning, and 1 or 2 USB-C cables with my MacBook wall charger is all that I need to travel. The Anker 100 watt USB-C PD charger I travel with will recharge this battery in a couple of hours - not the 2 days that was needed for the old one with dongles. Worth every penny here.

looking around online, the life expectancy of a portable charger is anywhere between 2-4 years. this one did not really reach that.to be fair, everything about it i liked. the type c port meant i could quickly charge my earbuds, phone, steam deck, etc relatively quickly and with a pretty decent amount of power to store as well. but after a solid year of use (bought this late april of 2023) starting around the summer of 2024, i started to notice the display saying i would have 15% or so charge left before abruptly dying.then it got worse and worse. 25%, 30%, 35%, etc before i reached a point now where despite it saying there is 60% of the battery pack left, once it actually REACHES that 60%, it dies. this was before the summer even ended - beginning of august - when it had gotten to this point, so i got roughly 16 months of use out of it?3/5 stars because before the battery life started to slowly descend itself into a shallow grave, i had no issues with it whatsoever. was a perfect addition especially for my steam deck when there were no outlets available to charge it, and the thin nature of it was also appealing compared to the rather w i d e portable chargers i had owned in the past. it is just a shame that it is pretty much on its way out the door despite it still being less than the 2 years minimum before the battery should have died.of course, theres a good chance my constantly using it reduced its battery life further. still, just a little disappointing to what was otherwise an amazing charger.

El cuerpo es de metal, lo cual es muy importante para un PowerBank potente, para que la disipación de calor ayude a la vida útil del equipo. La pantalla indica el voltaje y la corriente, tanto en la carga como en la descarga, y el porcentaje de carga restante, tiene medición lineal, es decir es correcto. Lo único que le faltó fue una bolsa de tela para protegerla de raspones en los viajes.
