End snapped off and I had to throw it away
Disappointing - I think the plastic ends might be cheap. I connected this hose to another hose (identical hose) and noticed after several weeks that the connection piece had broken and water was just flowing out of the hose drowning my shrub instead of going through the hose to neighboring beds/planters.These things aren't cheap but the quality is. I can't endorse it and having bought several of them before installing I am now keeping a close eye on the others.

Two Nozzles were defective and so were the Replacements
I purchased a Ray Padula two hose nozzle set along with a convertor (to allow for switching the nozzles without turning off the water). Both nozzles leaked from the metal on the nozzle, not from the connection device. I wrote to the company and they requested pictures of the defective pieces, which I emailed to them. They sent me two, new nozzles (no new connector piece but I had saved that so that wasn't an issue). I tried the two new nozzles and both leaked. I threw the new pieces in the garbage and notified the company that I feel that their merchandise is poorly made, that I will not buy from them again and that I would write a review about my experience. Done. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company based on my experience.

Vendor ignores my request to replace product that has 10 yr warranty!!
Very poor product! Breaks often. disintegrates after first year. Initially Ray Padula replaced my hoses, which also broke and disintegrated. I have tried for 1 1/2 years to get the vendor to honor the 10 year warranty, but they have just ignored repeated requests I have made.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Waste of money
I bought a hose, it lasted about 2 days and started leaking, they sent a replacement that was suppose to be an upgrade, within 20 minutes it sprang a leak. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING THESE. I bought direct from Ray Padula and found out the DO NOT have a refund, I'm just out.
