Out of all the back braces I've bought for my dad, he loves this one the best so far. He's 90 and very active--hikes several miles most days and gardens for himself and a couple neighbors. The braces have really helped him. I got this one because he'd worn out the velcro on another one that has the warm pouch feature. He's slim. He said the large fits like it was made for him.

This is great! It give me support when I'm trying to lift things. It doesn't let me strain my back at all. It also helps ease the pain from a injury I had from about 2 years ago. When it starts bothering me I put my brace on and it supports and holds my back in a way that stops it from hurting so bad! Very satisfied with this product!

This is my 2nd one. I use it mostly for the ice pack pocket to ice my lower back multiple times a day. In doing that I have to put the belt on multiple times a day and it does not take long to wear out the generic and less robust than "Velcro", hook and loop. I have searched for and have not found a similar belt that also has an integrated strap with some sort of buckle to cinch it tight and not rely on the weak hook and loop fasteners. For now I use my pants belt to hold the Mueller belt securely.

This brace provides excellent lumbar and abdominal support. I especially like the pocket in the back which can be used for holding a cold or hot pack and the removable additional plastic lumbar support. The velcro closures are strong and there are two additional straps which can be tightened and loosened as needed. I did find that it was important to wear a thin t-shirt or camisole under the brace to avoid skin irritation.

So disappointed. The back brace helped relieved my pain but the velcro wore off after a month.
