i have some 10 in here but i think they are blown , are all 10's sub woofers ? Would i only need 1 sub and just two lt and 2 rt to make this work . I

they probably are blown my son blew his in a matter of a month. i think you need 2 to make it work

What are the cubic inches required for the sub enclosure?

If the enclosure is sealed, it doesn't really matter as long as the speaker fits. If you are planning to port the enclosure, there are come specific rules and calculations you will need to consider. I used these speakers in unsealed enclosures and I was not happy. I put them into sealed enclosures and they are awesome!

what size hole do you need to mount these

I have 10 inch speakers cut-outs so I would need a 12 inch cut-outs to mount that speaker. Probably a new speaker box to mount a 12 inch speaker.

Can this speaker play as midrange

No...it is voiced and designed to output low frequencies only
