Levi's Men's 514 Straight Fit Jeans

Nice and a thick quality jean. I got them on sale for Labor Day and worth the price. Little tight around waist but maybe I just have gotten fatter probably the ladder

I would give these 5 stars but I reserve that for the 501s. This is a great pair of jeans though. I wear these when I go out.

The quality of the jeans and the weight of the cotton have gone way down. Compared with another pair of 515 in midnight that were purchased last year and one 2 years ago these are much worse than before. This is the last year for these. There are 2 possibilities either Levi's is selling inferior products each year or Amazon is. Either way they need to figure it out.

Something extremely odd happened with respect to the pair of jeans I ordered this time. For ages ( I mean... a long long time ) I wear Levi's products size 42W 32L or 44W 32L because they fit me without any need for adjustments. I purchased 3-4 different models ( a 7xx, multiple XX Chino, 501, 514 ). I've never ever had to fiddle with them because they were always my size. Well... this last pair of 514 size 42W 32L ( which is printed on all the labels ! ) was 12 cm too long. I had to take them to a tailor to shorten them. I gave her as reference ( to measure/compare the inseam ) another pair of black Levis, also a 42W 32L. Go figure ;( Otherwise I am happy with the product, even if delivery took 3 weeks more than the estimation that was provided when I placed the order. Providing as evidence photos of the pieces that were cut.

Die Jeans passt wie angegossen, schöner Schnit, nicht so labberich, toller Stoff. Durch das Stretschmaterial läßt sie sich angenehm tragen.
