Great value, good quality item.
The phone seems to be working well. Nothing to be concerned about. It is in good condition. Data transfered OK and sim/ sd card fitted. Good quality and do dat the battery is good.

An excellent refurbed phone!
I have been buying and using new Samsung Galaxy phones ever since the original Galaxy S in 2010, but this was my first experience with a refurbished phone. I was seduced by the modest price certainly, but crucially by the lower environmental impact of a refurb. I have to say that so far, I am delighted. The phone I received was pristine, and a breeze to set up, transferring all my apps and settings from my previous phone using Samsung Smart Switch (even down to my personal photos used for lock and home screen wallpapers, and my Samsung profile). The colours of the A32 are a tad less vibrant than I'm used to, but that is a minor point. I like the side-button positioning of the finger-print sensor, the excellent sound quality, the 5G speed, and the robust feel of the phone, which updated automatically to Android 13 and One-UI 3.1 within minutes of first switching on. I'm impressed with what I got for a few pennies under £100.

Persevered with this phone from 4 th jan paid £114 could not complete a call without it going off them it went really hot it was trying to connect at this point i called it a day sorry really disappointed.

Excellent quality.
What can I say, a hundred quid for this phone was a great price for the condition. Near mint quality and no problems installing stuff from my very old Huawei phone. I just downloaded the Samsung Smart Switch app onto both phones and used a USBC to USBC cable. Easy, peasy. I already have the 4g version of this phone for editing YouTube videos and have always been happy with it, so decided to buy the same phone to use as my regular phone. Really happy with it, decent camera, nice sized screen and the battery life seems pretty good too.
