My issue with this product is the advertisement says packs as in plural & I only recieved one. Not sure why anyone would pay 25$ for one single use cold pack. Returned the product & bought reusable freezer ones instead for less money.

The name is misleading. These are not "packs". You get ONE pad!! And this makes these pads very expensive. Why would anyone wish to buy only ONE disposable cold pad??? Also, the single pad came in a soft sided envelope, and I have no idea if the cold pad activator was broken during shipping or not. Not a good deal at all. (Is large, and has an adhesive strip underneath.)

These pads are amazing if you have a csection put it over your cut vaginal delivery use it normally was better than the pain meds... however this one particularly only sends you one (1) not worth this price.
