Game Changer!!!
I am very pleased with the quality, compression, comfort and support of this brace. I tore my Achilles tendon and was in an aircast for 2 weeks and then graduated to this brace and it has allowed me to walk normally again without pain and has given me amazing support! I bought the medium brace because I like extra compression and tight fit. I wear a women's 9 wide shoes and I find the medium brace perfect.

Great Ankle Brace
I had an incorrect stance during workouts which caused pain. I thought I had a fracture but after getting an X-ray, it was clear that it had everything to do with how I plant my feet when running, weight lifting, HIIT etc. For whatever reason, I started shirting my weight to the outer part of my foot instead of coming down flat. It was like driving on two right tires instead of using all 4. So it caused pain. I don’t know when I started doing that nonsense but I am now conscious of it. This brace forces me to be conscious and keeps my foot and ankle in alignment. The pain has subsided. So thankful. Great brave.

Check for allergies. Works well besides that.
I went over the product more closely to see if there was any information about what is in the fabric, like nickel or whatnot.. I've never had an allergic reaction to pretty much anything, so this came as a surprise. It is breathable and I know it wasn't sweat... however I'm not sure what is in these, wether copper. Or other possible metals maybe? Type of fibers? I am not sure.. I work for Amazon doing delivery driving and I have a bad achilles tendon on both feet. As far as performance.. amazing.... works very well, I worked for 10ish hours as standard where I work... but my concern is the allergic reaction and I don't want someone else to be caught by surprise.

Definitely Helps
I rolled my ankle, but I need to keep up with my young daughter, and this helps a lot. It took a couple days longer to arrive than it was supposed to, but it definitely helps a lot. A few tips: If you're active and/or sometimes have to play hurt, you should have an extra pair of cross training shoes/cleats/etc that is a half a size or a full size too big so you can wear a brace underneath if needed. That said, this support works even if you don't have a pair of shoes with that extra room. Wear an ultra thin ankle-length sock underneath to prevent rubbing/chaffing, or use body glide before putting this on. Depending on how you wrap it, you may or may not experience rubbing, so just wear a thin sock underneath and you don't have to worry about it. Wrap it so you get the support you need. You can wrap low, wrap high, wrap super tight, moderately tight, whatever. Try at least three different ways and then pick the one that works the best for your ankle injury. Yes, you can wrap this the wrong way, and if you do, it may not help (and it may make things worse). But I think there's always a way to wrap your ankle with this thing that will help. The key is to try a few ways and pick what works best for whatever ankle problem you have. An ankle-length sock or longer covers the support, and it's hard to tell you're wearing support unless you really look. Low-cut and no-show socks do not cover the support. Your Doctor/Ortho/PT/etc may not like this thing because it emboldens you to come back too soon, and you do need to be careful, so you don't overdo it. But if you can't jog because your ankle isn't right and you need to be able to jog, this might very well get you through. If your shoes don't breathe, think about getting two of these so you can alternate. It will soak up sweat. I don't ever wash supports like these, I just spray them with alcohol/spray hand sanitizer BOTH before I put it on AND after I take it off. Before you take this off, grab an ice pack or that bag of frozen peas that you're never going to eat, and elevate your ankle and ice it for 15 minutes immediately after you take this off. Use anti-inflammatory meds as needed. Again, this thing works. If this doesn't work for you, either your ankle is really jacked up, or you're not wrapping it right for your particular injury. Vary the location and the tightness of the wrap and find out what works. Once it's on, this is a super stable wrap, and it provides a lot of customizable support.

Good For Getting Back To The Gym After Mild Sprain
Rolled my ankle about a week ago, resulting in what looked like a mild sprain. I didn't get it X-rayed, but there was some swelling and bruising and it was challenging to put weight on for about a day or so but it started feeling better pretty quickly. I wanted to get back to the gym without re-injuring my ankle. This brace has worked pretty well for that purpose. I've been able to do jumping jacks and run a bit on it without any pain. The stability support is probably not good enough to help with a more serious injury, though. If you're coming back from a break or a significant strain you will probably want something that offers more stability. This is comfortable and flexible, though, and very easy to put on.

Comfortable and thin
Pros: Amazingly thin, best support with no more space taken up than a sock. Comfortable. Helps with tendinitis a lot. Easy to move around in. Good for sports use. Cons: Instructions are confusing and do not match the sock design They're kind of hard to get clean, I'd suggest hand washing them They pinch if they shift and you have to fix it fast or it hurts bad.

Adjustable fit
I had a foot injury that also put stress on ankle and heel. Many compression sleeves were too tight or rigid. This one is a perfect fit—not too tight nor too loose. The Velcro straps provide extra support that allow for adjustment according to how my foot and ankle are feeling that day. Glad I have this as I am an avid hiker in my 70s and this provides the extra stability I need on the trail.

Size not as described
Firstly took forever to arrive. Product isn’t as described. Ordered medium for my 11yr old son and it was TOO SMALL. Tried returning it and cost is more than item itself. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
