Used on a marine AGS install with NL diagram for a run signal delay. Set to minimum, it is a bit long at 4 seconds, but it corrected a chattering 220v-24vdc signal interface relay during startup.

Had to use this because my nest thermostat was causing trouble. Installed this unit in the condenser to follow the air handler by about 1 minute or so. No problems!

I used this to make a time delay for my cable modem, sometimes there are momentary power glitches here that last for half a second or so. Such glitches sometimes causes my modem to freeze up. I used this to create a 30 second delay after a power failure to give my modem time to reboot. No glitches since.

Wired this I to the 24v circuit of my ac compressor unit. Attached with a screw next to the contactors. It does delay turning on the compressor on initial startup, which is not a problem. Have it set with about a 40 second delay. Gives the compressor enough time for pressure to equalize before starti g the compressor again.
