Organic Vegetable Base 16 Oz, Reduced Sodium, Original Version, EACH

I don’t use any other brand of bouillon. I usually buy their low-sodium organic varieties, but lately they’ve been harder to find for some reason. I really want both low sodium and organic, but more often than not, I can only find one or the other. That’s my only complaint. Other than that, I absolutely love this product!

This bouillon paste is so easy to use and it adds great flavor to my soups. I can't believe I used to make vegetable stock from scratch, boiling it for hours. I don't have time for that now, so I love this. And this version is reduced sodium, yet still tastes great.

This has been a useful product in my kitchen for a long time - I will have to taste-test it because of the "low sodium" feature, because I've been using the regular flavor instead of salt. I like it in beef stew, but also in turkey soup - IMHO they both have enough meat flavor already, while some of the vegetables, such as parsnips, kind of sweeten into anonymity without a little help.

It has less sodium than other brands and it tastes good. You can put as little or as much as you want. I usually put more water than the instructions says and it still tastes good.

The product is great for seasoning soups and noodles. But came in a damaged jar. I haven't received a replacement and am doubtful that I will.

Costco used to carry pork/chicken, Beef and vegetable. They used to carry all three in Seattle at the same time but now its sporadic only one of the three bummer. It’s been like this for a couple years now! This has great flavor and it’s organic and it’s cheaper over there now I’m forced to pay double sometimes triple the price on Amazon! But it’s worth it because I have IBD (irritable digestive system) Organic is better! Because of Soy has additives that makes it grow faster that’s why some young teens look like their in 20s now it’s because the soy And the additives to make them grow fast, makes them age faster and causes other diseases on the body.

Even though my veggies are grown organically and in my garden, the flavor of my vegetable soup is always greatly enhanced by adding a a heaping tablespoon of Better than Bouillon to the pot. The seasoning is very tasty and never competes with the seasoning I have already added on my own. Delicious stuff.

Normally I use a chicken based broth, well not actual chicken but a chicken seeming vegan one. Recently I was preparing seitan and decided to make my own broth using veggie scraps in the instant pot and it tasted veggie based for obvious reasons. I liked it? It worked well for the seitan and gravy, so next time I was making it I decided to get a more traditional veggie broth and this was it. It tasted so similar to my homemade veggie broth that I decided to order a giant jar on amazon. It’s great! It makes wonderful vegan gravy. And adds nice flavor to vegetarian meals.

I originally said that this jar was broken but it was the “Chicken” BTB that I didn’t get to try because the jar was broken. This “Vegetable” BTB is great! I mostly use it for soups!

It is "better" than bouillon. But it is hard to find Certainly not cheap, but any grocery stores don't have it and it's very sporadic at places like costco so when I get low and can get a reasonable price I get some. A jar goes a very long way and is far more tasty than any stock cube or tetra container of premade stuff

Simply stated, this product is the best broth on the market! I use it year round, not only for stocks, but also for flavouring in kitchen recipes.

Très bon au goût, mais absolument pas pratique. Le couvercle colle au pot, donc c'est toujours difficile d'ouvrir le contenant. Aussi, comme c'est très épais et collant, ça reste collé sur la cuillère, il faut donc soit être très patient pour incorporer le restant sur la cuillère (avec un spatule ou en attendant que le truc soit chaud et se dissoude) ou perdre la moitié du produit. Je vais retourner au bouillon de légume en poudre, même si c'est rendu très rare.
