Purchased because of the bamboo wood and the no slide edges. Board works good for all types of food processing. Love the non-skid edges so board doesn’t slid when used or stored.

Easy weight, easy to clean easy to store

A little too small for what I needed, other than that the bamboo cutting board is of nice quality.

What else is there to say? I use it for cutting, my counters aren’t damaged or dirty afterwards.

Smaller than expected, not smooth on sides (feels splintery). But, nice and thick, not slippery at all.

I love cutting boards. But with all the hubbub about germs and bacteria, I had pretty much given up on any type of "wood" cutting board. Until I learned that bamboo is naturally antibacterial. I decided to give this one a try.This is a well made cutting board. It measures about 11" x 8" and is a bit over 1/2" thick. It is made of solid bamboo that has been laminated together. The laminating is very well done. No cracks or gaps. Bamboo also makes this a "greener" purchase since it is sustainably produced, unlike other wood. It also sports food grade silicone for handles and non-skid ability. The bamboo face has been routered so there is a liquid collecting groove. Handy when you are cutting wet vegetables and fruits.I have been using this cutting board for about a week and it still looks new. Just like they claim, the bamboo has not held any stains. Just a quick wash in the sink and it looks like new. although there are quite a few knife marks in it, you have to really "look" to see them. Nice enough to leave out on the countertop. The size makes it perfect for impromptu feasts such as a salami and cheese board. You can arrange the salami and cheeses, along with some pepperoncini, radishes, green onions, right on the board and it looks amazing! Add a loaf of crusty bread and a bottle of wine and everyone will think it's a gourmet meal!I received one of these Neoflam Flutto 11" bamboo cutting boards in exchange for a review.
