Don does a great job of combining the best parts of some of the world's foremost thought leaders on Scaling and puts in a into an actionable system for long term sustained growth and prosperity. If you don't believe in all of the methods he lays out, then look no further than the incredible growth that DLP has experienced. He's the real deal, DLP is a great company and the Elite Execution System is the platform to help you duplicate his success.

Loved this book! Don lays out the exact path, step by step, to follow throughout your entrepreneurial growth. I loved the 20-mile march and it makes sense. Developing your rocks and staying disciplined and focused to reach them can be challenging, but when you do it makes it that much more rewarding. I also purchased the Elite Journal which works in tandem and love that, too, especially for personal growth. Building An Elite Organization provides guidance, advice, and a pretty great roadmap.

Great read

The book is written in relatable, easy-to-follow steps that explain the "whys" and "hows" of a proven approach to operating and growing a business. The author is a proven entrepreneur and his secret sauce is no secret, but rather an open book for small businesses, actually all businesses, to follow. Powerful advice for any and all to use professionally and personally to achieve goals.

Practical, candid and actionable roadmap from the leader who used the same steps to effectively and quickly scale a business into a world-class enterprise. Great for large or small established businesses. Very well written.
