Bought these in April of 2022, well these don’t zap bugs whatsoever for me but are very nice patio lights. The still working even after falling over in storms, being kicked over by kids, etc. just ordered 2 more. Surprised that something is actually made well these days, well kind of. Now you know what to buy these for.

Beautiful, fun and works on mosquitos, flies and smaller bugs. Love the flickering flame effect….so pretty at night. Light and easy to use. Highly recommended. Will be ordering another one.

The device has numerous blue LED lights at the top, as well. But the one I got had only 3 of them working. I ordered a replacement light and only 1 of those blue LEDs worked. So returning again for a refund. Not worth my time trying to get a product that actually fully functions

Only fair performance and barely lasted two summers. They have been trashed.

They are an asset in your yard. Don’t know about the bugs yet but they are an added treat to watch. Makes your yard come alive

I really like these. Only problem is that the batteries don't last nearly long enough. Maybe 3 or 4 hours, at most (and that's when charged in full-sun all day). And that's when daily cleaning them to make sure that there's not a constant battery drain due to larger insects getting "stuck" between the leads and causing Ia constant current drain. I may try to replace the batteries with a larger battery/pack, but a little hesitant to pull them apart as I've got a lot of other projects ongoing...

The led flame makes a very pretty accent light around our pergola. The grate shows that there are quite a few insects and spiders that it has taken care of, but it does not have the classic big zapper sound I remember from the plug in unit we had in our backyard while I was growing up. They also are able to stay lit from dusk to dawn at least so far this summer. Very pleased so far.

I hung this next to my porch on the front of my house and if it never killed one mosquito, I’d still love it because it comes on automatically every evening and has a flickering flame effect that is very decorative.
