possibly the best travel adapter that I have come across, after having tried quite a few. sturdy design/material quality, it's compactness. plugs fitting/connecting into the adapter (not loose fitting), makes a huge difference, from what I have experienced in all my other travel adapters. Definitely worth the money spent for the long run.

Value for money, I actually utilized all the ports, design is good and compact with good quality

It has lot of ubs and pins, looks great and it works as expected. Quality overall is nice but pin opening / locking is bit loose, so far it survived two tours but I have feeling pip lock will break / not work on a long run. Will update this review if it breaks. Charing etc even from USB is fast. Price is on the higher side.

Worst after sales service for the premium product bracket range. I recently had a faulty travel adapter from Ceptics and reached out for warranty service. While they did eventually provide an RMA number and return address after requesting a video of the issue, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.Despite the product being under warranty, Ceptics made it clear they would not cover shipping costs for the return — something most reputable companies handle as part of their customer service.This kind of service feels dismissive and inconvenient for customers who simply want a working product they already paid for. I expected better accountability and support. I won’t be buying from Ceptics again, and I’d advise others to consider brands with more customer-friendly warranty policies.
