Malibu C Hard Water Wellness Remedy - Hard Water Shampoo, Conditioner & Hair Mask Packets for Removing Deposits and Impurities - Hydrating Hair Care Set (6 Ct)

I have used the Malibu Hard Water Wellness Remedy off and on for several years. It really helps remove buildup from my hair. In extreme cases, I have used the crystal treatment weekly but since getting a shower filter, I only use it monthly. During the summer I use the shampoo and conditioner about once a week for maintenance. Then use a different shampoo/conditioner with uv protection the rest of the time since I swim a lot. In winter, I wash my hair less often and typically use the Malibu shampoo and conditioner almost exclusively. My hair is very fine but I have a lot of it and this helps me to have more body and seems to help keep my hair healthier. It is softer and less dry without feeling weighted down. I love the clean sort of citrusy scent. With sensitivities, a lot of haircare products are a no go for me as they cause headaches. Even with the amount of hair I have, a little bit goes a long way so this lasts longer than some of the less expensive brands. For me, it is well worth the investment.

I love this shampoo and conditioner it has helped my hair so much with our well water but this is at least the third box I’ve received where one or both bottle is spilled in the package. For the price I would really rather it not be leaking in the package.

Just bought a house with very hard well water. After washing my hair with my normal shampoo and conditioner, I wanted to cry. It was so greasy and so weighed down that I was having to wash it everyday just to feel a little better about myself. I jumped on Amazon after realizing this just wasn’t going to work and I needed to try absolutely anything to get my hair back to what it was before.Just used this set this morning and guys, what a difference! I never write reviews, but I am blown away from this shampoo and conditioner. My hair is back! Shiny, but not greasy, feels light and airy, soft, I didn’t even blow dry it (which I usually do) and it feels and looks like it did before it’s ever touched hard water. I have very fine hair, and I saw some reviews saying this set was drying but that’s exactly what I needed for all the buildup/greasiness! Used a touch of leave-it on the ends and BAM best hair day I’ve had since moving.If you’re battling with hard water and have fine hair, I highly recommend this!

This works!!! A few years ago I realized I was getting grey hair...a lot of grey hair. Then last year my hair was falling out. I didn't realize it was because of the hard water. I didn't even know I had hard water til the shower head started to turn white and gross. I got a shower head filter and bought this stuff. First try I noticed a difference. Even my husband was WOW'd. You use the shampoo and conditioner like you normally wouldUse the packet once a weekThe shampoo and conditioner is designed to work while you have hard water. The crystal packets get rid of the mineral build up. I haven't seen any hair in the drain. Before I had clumps.. The crystals will dry your scalp. This brand makes a deep conditioner for that but I haven't tried it yet but you bet I will. My grey hairs are disapearing and the red tones in my hair are coming back.

I have strawberry blonde 2b/2c hair down past the middle of my back. After moving to an area with extremely hard water, my once beautiful hair got destroyed. My hair started breaking. In some spots, the strands are only 2-3 inches long now. My hair has been frizzy, and my scalp is dry. I’ve had clumps upon clumps of hair fall out in the shower. All of the products I used no longer work, and nothing I try seems to help my hair.I came across this product when trying to find a solution to my problem. I tried it for the first time today, and I’m not sure how I feel about it. I used the shampoo, crystal packets, and conditioner. They smell pleasant, like oranges. The shampoo seemed to work fine. The crystals changed from smelling like citrus to a strong metallic smell after sitting on my hair for a few minutes. The conditioner is way too thin. I had to use a ton on my hair to get a comb through it. I lost more hair in the shower today than any other time, and I’m not happy about it. Now that my hair is completely dry, my scalp does feel cleaner and less dry. The scent of the products doesn’t linger. I can’t smell it al all. My hair is more poofy and softer than it’s been since I moved here, but it still looks like trash. I know this isn’t going to be a one use wonder, but I guess I expected more after reading the reviews. Recommend by my stylist. My color was washing out and we figured out it was the chlorine in our city water. Now my color stays in from color to coloring time. This was also great for in the pool with added chlorine usage.

Curls sprung back into action after using this. Have hard water so my hair was getting dry and limp. This is very hydrating and cleans the scalp and buildup out of your hair. Now my soft curls are back.
