Eating Batteries: and other stories from the middle of the night

I really enjoyed these. Very well written short stories that both surprised me and had me dreaming better ! Very visual but filled with real depth ! I can easily see these appearing on "Dark Mirror ".

Once I started this collection of stories, I couldn't put it down - I read the whole book in one sitting. Each story provides a quick dip into a sort of eerie reality, as vivid and strange as a dream but with themes that speak to the challenges of everyday life. Overall, this dark little collection packs a big punch. It makes me wonder what I'd find if I started writing down my own dreams.

What a fun read. These short stories are quirky and drew me in. The title story, Eating Batteries, has addiction nailed, as any recovering person will agree. Linda’s House applies a new perspective on living in a haunted house-for me anyway. And Tourist Trap completely took me by surprise. I️ look forward to the authors’ next book.

I really liked the format and creativity of the authors.
